I have waited upwards of 30 minutes for a meal to be prepared. Today when I went there, they were out of chicken tenders, but I had already paid online so I told them that they could replace it with chicken, but for two tenders, they only wanted to give me one thigh because the thighs were big. I have no idea if the fees were big because I didn't get to look at them, but I explained to them that there was no way that I was going to take one piece of chicken for two tenders, because the tenders are more expensive. I didn't care, what chicken I got besides one they could've given me a wing and I would be OK with it. The other fault with this is that I couldn't cancel the order because I had prepaid online so I have to go through a robot to get my money, which has not reached my account yet. this is the second time with this location that I've tried to get a full refund because of them being out of a product. The last time I didn't get a refund either because you never talk to a human. I do not recommend this location at all. Every employee I deal with it. That place is very snippy from the time they take your order to the time you show up for the window and they give you your order. They are not pleasant whatsoever. They need to take lessons from the Louisville, Kentucky Popeyes, that is a wonderful place to go, so if you ever in Louisville, check out the Popeyes on Bardstown Road.

The burritos here? Next level. We're talking stuffed, seasoned, tender, and wrapped like they're protecting treasure. Every bite feels like somebody's grandma whispered a blessing over it before it left the kitchen. And the homemade sauces... Bro, those sauces don't taste "restaurant-made." They taste family-made. They taste like someone's Abuelita is back there grinding chiles by hand, humming old ranchera songs, and pouring pure love into every batch. EXTRAORDINARIO is exactly the right word -- because nothing about these flavors is ordinary. The heat, the richness, the freshness... it all comes together like a culinary knockout punch.

Finding Rancho Grande in Madison honestly felt like finding a diamond in the rough. My husband and…read moreI are from Fort Lauderdale, and we were in Madison while he was here for work. If you know Madison, you know it's a pretty small town, so there aren't a ton of restaurant options. The first night, my husband and I shared the chicken fajitas for ONE. The portions were absolutely insane, there was enough to feed both of us and they were genuinely some of the best fajitas I've ever had. It was so good that I came back the very next day while my husband was at work. This time I got the fajita tacos, and they were just as amazing. It comes with three tacos, but they were so filling I could only eat two before I was stuffed, so I took the third one home. The staff was so friendly both times I came in. The second day I came, they had the World Cup on TV, and I was watching the game. And even when I had already finished eating and paid my bill, they told me I was more than welcome to stay and finish watching the game - which was very nice and I appreciated it. The atmosphere was also awesome. Between the paintings, pottery, colorful booths, and all the little details, you feel like you're in Mexico lol. It's not just food, it's an experience. If I lived in Madison, I'd be here every week. This place is an absolute must-try if you're in town, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm here!
