Today when I went there, they were out of chicken tenders, but I had already paid online so I told them that they could replace it with chicken, but for two tenders, they only wanted to give me one thigh because the thighs were big. I have no idea if the fees were big because I didn't get to look at them, but I explained to them that there was no way that I was going to take one piece of chicken for two tenders, because the tenders are more expensive. I didn't care, what chicken I got besides one they could've given me a wing and I would be OK with it. The other fault with this is that I couldn't cancel the order because I had prepaid online so I have to go through a robot to get my money, which has not reached my account yet. this is the second time with this location that I've tried to get a full refund because of them being out of a product. The last time I didn't get a refund either because you never talk to a human. I do not recommend this location at all. Every employee I deal with it. That place is very snippy from the time they take your order to the time you show up for the window and they give you your order. They are not pleasant whatsoever. They need to take lessons from the Louisville, Kentucky Popeyes, that is a wonderful place to go, so if you ever in Louisville, check out the Popeyes on Bardstown Road.
