Was returning to london via Alicante airport on the 13th/08/2014 ,stop at burger king, place an order of wrapped meal that cost €8.00 plus ,the meal was advertise with chips and drinks which look like milkshake .when asked for the milkshake I was told its not included in the menu .so I choose coke zero .waited for my meal .when I got my wrapped I was surprised to notice it was actually flat.(completely different from the advert infront of me .took my tray and went to sit down and eat .but to my surprise the wrapped wasnt the one I requested .as it should have been a wrapped which include lettuce tomato,burger,cheese,bacon and sauce instead I have a wrapped with burger and cheese only when I went to complain the staff said only the bacon and meat wrapped include salad and what I got is a chicken wrapped ,which doesn't include salad and it was confirmed by the manager,but I wasn't fully satisfied as I can see on my tray it was a bacon and burger wrapped and I open to show it to the manager who then agree to change it ,by taking the tray from me to put it in the trash, I waited for another 15mnts thinking he will bring back my meal as he already throw away my chips instead he brought back the same wrapped as the first one throw it on the table and was sure I got some insult with it .I was so annoyed that I decided it was a waste of time to argue considering I wasn't getting anywhere instead wasted my money,and the service received was disgusting considering it was such a re known compagny as burger king.until today I still don't understand why I got that treatment ,was thry beeing prejudice because of my skin colour (as im a black person ) I guess I will never know .but would I go back to spain?
