The service is quick and servers are friendly and they listen to your order. We have also had take out from here and each of us had lots to eat. Order was ready at the time that I had asked for it. We have had people say it's a pretty good burger. So, here we are going to try out the burgers. It's a drive thru order no inside sitting. You can park and walk up to a window and order and sit outside on a few benches and tables set up front. The drive thru work like this, You order on one side of the Shack and pick up on the other side. This is not a fast food chain, each order is made fresh with care from the time you order to the time you pick up. From the person who took our order to the person that gave us our order was friendly and fabulous!! Ordered two cheeseburger combos. Which was 2 big cheeseburgers, 2 huge fries and 2 drinks for $25.60. We have never had a burger and fries that were so hot and delicious!! The restaurant is in a strip mall anchored by a Superstore and fairly new. It's great to see amenities popping up around that area. Parking was plentiful. Walking inside brought you back to the past with a diner type vibe. You line up to order and then sit down and they bring the food to you. You have option of pre-set burgers or build your own with what toppings and sauces you like. They also have combos where you can add a side and drink.
