Burg Klammstein is a wonderful hidden gem: it's a privately owned medieval castle tower that was restored into a simple museum and themed restaurant. The museum is very simple but the real charm is the owner (in a German only) passionately telling about its history. The real highlight however is the 7 course authentic dinner. Very simple but delicious fare, from pig belly bacon to smoked ribs and chicken. Its more than you can ever eat for 50 euro per person (kids 25) but with an undeniable charm and ambiance.
