Did not see/review document downloads given the 1st week of January, providing important documents and all the easement language. This cost us dearly when engaging opposing counsel. 3. They never answered our day 1 question we would ask and ask every month "Can they do this"? 4. Proposed uninformed expensive losing strategies over and over. Litigation, a $10K+ a day arbitration, a 2 year delay strategy. 5. Represented an opposing counsel offer that never existed and got 2 more months out of us. 6. Then he fired us when we pushed back when it was clear there was no offer. We were in a really tough spot and needed their help but felt we were treated like an ATM which is one thing but the poor lawyering and accusations made our situation much worse.
