She never gives up on me, researching new meds and combinations of meds. She always responds quickly to my messages, or the NP does if it's an emergency. She is a very caring and upbeat, positive care giver. I have not personally had issues with the office staff as others have stated on here. I do know that some staff were let go after a negative experience with clients. Anyone who has had a negative experience should speak with Dr. Evans personally. She will address it as her clients come first. Having said all this, if you are seeking help for mental health, you must do your part and be proactive. You must do your part in your treatment plan. If you are reading this, do not ignore the negative reviews, but take with a grain of salt. (As with any review from a stranger). The whole story is not known on why the clients did not receive what was requested. I don't think that TBH can respond on this platform AND abide by HIPPA laws. So a lack of response from TBH is not an indication of guilt by silence. Just remember that.

When we finally had someone call us back, they said this was an insurance problem and their standard billing practice is to charge the card with NO notification. And this happened TWICE. And I have no doubt they are going to respond something completely untruthful to try to justify their actions as they do- but feel free to email me at jessiamber999@gmail to get proof. At the end of the day, if we owed money, they needed to let us know before just charging our card with zero warning. Or letting us continue to go to appointments without letting us know about accruing charges. And the response of the office person as "oh well, this is what we do" is completely unacceptable. We have reported them to our insurance company for fraud as well as to the BBB. Doesn't matter if the therapists are good when they have extremely shady business practices. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BELOW. Clearly they have major issues with their office staff and billing.

When i finally did get a call back it was from the owner of the clinic, and boy should he not be in this line of work, the man had no empathy whatsoever all he had to say was that i better stop calling up there and leaving messages or he would have me removed from their clinic and services and then proceeded to hang up in my face. Upon arrival i then wait in the waiting room for approximately 10 minutes and then I was greeted with my Doctor Who told me that their front desk staff was out today. Well that does not explain why they didn't get in touch with me the week Pryor. He himself i was disappointed in, he was not apologetic whatsoever, i simply told him at this time i would just like to get my medicine and i will happily find another place, that values their patients emotions, and well being because after all this is why we go to them!
