The first two companies that I had scheduled three times each did not come or even call for follow up after their third missed appointment. My provider worked quickly and did well doing first time adjustment to the front and back yards. He found and repaired a broken supply line. My cost was $140 for everything the companies that never showed both had a base fee of $150 and said they might not even start work on the first visit. So the service and phone calls were superior. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I will use them again.

Chris, the owner came out personally because his service manager was off that day. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the Valve and had everything up and running. They are Aces in my book. I will only use them for any irrigation work at my home. If you want an irrigation system or have work done on one, call them. You will be more than satisfied.

Comes the week of December 16th I call to verify we will still get the quote. I spoke with Jordan (again from the office) and she informed me that Monday the 23 would be the latest but she may make it by Friday. Needless to say I didn't receive it. I called on the 26th and asked about it and again Jordan said it will be soon but, "her designs are a lot more time consuming and cannot be rushed. Considering our contractor's designs and the holiday season, she is backed up in that department." From my perspective, their designer must be challenged with time management and the communication from the company to the customer could use some work. I waited until near the end of today (January 3) and called again. I spoke with Jordan and there was no reason just having to wait. I said you do not need to wait any longer as I will not consider your quote. I asked to speak with someone there and was told (paraphrasing) "I don't think I should be giving you any additional information. Have a nice day. goodbye." I was and continue to be unemotional. I wanted to pass on my experience and speak with them, Instead, I ended up writing another google review. There field workers may be great. The finished product may be great. However, I already know their communication is challenging. Their time management is questionable. When You are about to spend what I consider to be a large amount of money, I want better odds. For anyone re4adin this, how will this company get better if they do not get the opportunity to see what they put their potential customers through, Perhaps Jordan is one of the owners. I look at this as a good thing. I avoided spending my hard earned money on a company that apparently will not allow their frustrated prospective customer to speak with anyone in management. Their quote for the work was a bit salty, but I had faith that the quality of workmanship of this company would be well worth the cost. What I got was a spectacular final product. They knew how to tweak my plan, after consultation with me, to best fit the surrounding landscape. They did a fantastic job in keeping with my grading plan. They were very careful to not damage my existing lawn with their many front-end loader trips, the crew worked diligently, and despite a language barrier, were interested in hearing my minor concerns during the entire process.
