The lash glue caused my eyes to swell shut within hours, and as soon as the lashes were removed, the swelling went down -- clear proof it was the glue, not an "allergy." No refund was offered, and their "policy" was never mentioned before the service. I didn't sign anything. The tech even admitted that other clients have complained about the glue. $175 wasted, a painful reaction, and zero accountability. Don't act like removal was a favor -- it was damage control. I just moved to the area and trusted the glowing Yelp reviews, but this was hands down the worst lash experience I've ever had: horrible product, poor service, and no responsibility taken. I got tons of compliments all weekend with many people asking me how my hair and makeup didn't budge after hours of dancing and wind!
