2nd year keeping my boat at Bunkers... What a well kept, beautiful, and, by far, the cleanest marina. From the great service over the phone , to the convenience at the dock. Always welcomed with summer smiles and customer support. Can't give a bigger shout out to Fra, the genuine owners, and the dock crew. With the channel being right next to bunkers, and everything I've stated above. I can definitely argue it being the best marina in Cape May County . Hats off ! read more

Great day with rental pontoon from Bunkers. They have a very large area for you to take the boats compared to others. The small pontoon was perfect for crabbing. Two thumbs up! read more

Pontoon was clean but very slow and was missing a ladder, so swimming was out of the question. Returned the boat on time and was shocked when I was later charged an additional $175.00. When I called them they said we returned the boat with no ladder. What???? Finally got refunded for that but they still have the $250.00 security hold on my credit card. When I called them they told me to call my credit card to resolve. Probably wouldn't rent from them again; too much aggravation. read more

We've been going to Wildwood Crest for over 14 years. 4 families and way too many kids of various ages so always a challenge to entertain them all. We rented 2 pontoon boats at Bunkers w/crab cages and fishing poles. We had the best time EVER!!!! Adult to toddler - everyone raved! All we've heard from the kids is "can we do that again next year"! Bunkers is the BOMB!!! you will not go wrong with this choice!! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We had a boat out for about 40 mins had boat trouble with the engine and kept calling and they were not coming to help. I will never rent from this place again complete waste of money our entire day was ruined. They made us feel as if we did something wrong when it was their boat with a failed engine. My family and I had an amazing day thanks to Bunkers Marina. The boat was nice, large and clean. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They helped size my children's life vests and made sure we had everything we needed. They provided us with crab cages, coolers, ice. I can attest that this is NOT a reputable business. They do not return calls, reply to emails, or return texts. A mistake was made with regard to booking the wrong date and was realized immediately after the booking. Multiple attempts were made to address this with the owner and he has completely disregarded any attempt at reconciling this amiably. I would suggest using the Marina on Route 41. They have great customer service, friendly staff, and excellent boats. read more

They are usually great but today they wouldn't even consider refunding our money for the safety of our own well-being when Tropical storm warnings are being alerted as well as rip currents. They get to determine if we get our money back on whether it's safe or not (during a storm warning). If your customer is concerned about weather that they can't control they should at least let them reschedule. read more

We rented a boat from Kim and Alex. They were super nice and really worked with us to find out what we needed. We were able to get lines, bait, nets, and a basket. Because of their location we were crabbing in 10 minutes. We will definitely be back again! read more
