SO GLAD we did! Right away we were greeted by Ravi. She greeted us and gave us our space which was great. Didn't follow us around, just reminded us if we have questions to feel free to ask. Ravi was amazing and helped us create our couch. She was able to take the couch we already created from another store and a couch we liked at HSH. Our couch was just delivered yesterday and we couldn't be more happy. Ravi was very attentive and extremely helpful during the process. We'll definitely suggest HSH to anyone looking for furniture!

I primarily came here because I was compelled to look for a beautiful, new, and vibrant dining set to add to my home. I did browse Bob's website before visiting. After browsing online and in-person, I proceeded with purchasing the Bettie 5 Piece Walnut & Multicolor Upholstered Round Counter Height Dining Set. The set featured the Walnut Counter Round Table, and chairs in the colors of Rust, Gray, Teal, and Avocado. With the inclusion of the 5-year plan of the furniture insurance, also known as "Goof Proof," the total came out to $554.91. I was extremely happy with the purchase because the dining set exceeded expectations with its modern, colorful look and value/affordability. The associate who assisted me with the entire purchase was Brianna. She presented herself as very knowledgeable and helpful. What particularly stood out to me was that Bob's had a cafe filled with complimentary drinks and treats for customers. There were ice cream sundaes, cookies, candies, coffee, and water. The offering of this enhanced the experience tremendously. Overall, I was highly pleased with my visit to Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store. I am truly in love with the dining set. The furniture prices are unmatched compared to other furniture store competitors. The cafe with complimentary refreshments was an added, unexpected bonus. I recommend stopping by.

I was really stressed due to my last experience and another furniture store that starts with A. 10/10 would recommend.

Dear Michael Zinser,…read more I am emailing you about your Manteca store with the 2.1 Star rating. My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it's repeat customers. You know what's unusual is, that you can't contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn't even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper. My wife and I went to exchange the rug for something the correct color. That's when we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Tiffany, I don't even know if that's her real name. She said, you are passed the 7 day return policy. We never signed anything agreeing to a 7 at return policy and it's been less than 30 days since we were delivered the carpet. She was extremely unhelpful, rigged and condescending. We asked for the store manager. She said she was a supervisor, I then asked if I could get the name of the store manager. She said she didn't need to give me his or her name to me. I'm sure there is video of the exchange. It got heated, because I was upset. I told her I was going to give her and the store terrible review that would cost you business and I serious about this, because of how we were treated. We felt like we were being treat as thieves. Like we were trying to take advantage of your company after just spending $5000.00 on a couch! I am looking for some help and satisfaction to this unpleasant experience, It ridiculous that I have to spend my Memorial Day typing a letter to you. Thank you for your attention to the matter?
