I highly recommend Bumper Buddies! A few years ago some psycho brake-checked me when I was having car trouble in the mountains (stereotypical angry spoiled brat in a Tesla whose mommy will just buy him another, etc.). Every time I looked at that dent and crack it brought back that awful memory, so I looked into a mobile repair service. A quick search resulted in Bumper Buddies. I filled out the form, added pics, and got a text to schedule an appointment. Shout out to David, who showed up on time. Professional and courteous, he did an amazing job repairing the damage and matching the paint. He had to come back today to finish polishing away the orange peel, since time got away from him on the first visit (it happens). The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to a little back-and-forth with the office that could have been tightened up. When I called about the orange peel, they told me to send pictures to a number, but nobody got back to me. After a week I did it again and waited more. I called again and got someone on the phone yesterday, and they had David come back the very next day. My car's bumper is so nice and smooth, and I'm pleased with it. Thanks, David! As for price, this will vary depending on the damage, what kind of paint you have, etc. I would say I paid a comparable price to an auto body shop, but the convenience of having them come to you and not leaving it in a shop for two weeks was worth it. read more

My husband stopped our car along the curb, to run in and out of a business for a minute to pick up the repair of a heavy generator. In the span of that time, somebody backed out of a parking space and kept on coming. I reached over and honked but he kept on coming and nailed the fender over the front wheel. Another car coming the opposite way stopped and told the driver of the car that hit us that they had to stop because they hit us. Instead of stopping they sped off. I got a police report for the hit-and-run. Two days later the driver called the police and confessed and gave them his info. Next thing I know, the guy's lawyer texted and said they'd pay for the damage if I wouldn't prosecute. I went to a collision center and got an estimate for about $3500 and 11 days turnaround. I also sent a photo to various paintless dent repair places via Yelp. Bumper Buddies responded and scheduled to come to my home the following week. The guy came out in the rain and fixed it in about a half hour and you'd never know it was ever dented. The cost was less than 10% of the collision center estimate. After seeing the original estimate, the guy who hit me reneged on his promise to pay, and decided to use insurance and now wants me to go back to collision center for more photos. Ain't gonna happen, the car looks like new. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with that guy, since I can't jump thru his latest hoops and the cost was less than my deductible. Shame on me for finding a place like Bumper Buddies, to do such a nice job for so little and so quickly. read more

Bought a used BMW X5 and after having it a couple months, I noticed a small dent in the bottom of the bumper, the front lip spoiler I believe it's called. Not worth it for minor repairs. I had a very small dent in my brand new truck that I wasn't ready to live with yet. When they repaired the dent they took a panel off the top of the top of the truck bed but now it is flared up on the back and doesn't sit flush. When I asked about it the repairman told me "Well I had pry it off. Just glue it down". So I called the office to let them know of the situation, the guy one the phone told me he couldn't resolve any issues since he only schedules appointments but he would relay the message to his boss and he would call me back. It's been a few days now and still no one has reached out. So I paid $210 to fix some minor damage just to get new minor damage. Just beware if you have issues with your job they may not get back to you and if it's a minor job just take it to a real body shop. read more

Not just bumpers! Our 2015 Honda Civic got deeply scraped in the rear door area by a sneaky parking lot pole. The paint was completely off on the edge of the door and the adjacent rear panel in a nasty deep gouge. Eddie treated our car just as pristinely as any high end luxury motor.
