My husband stopped our car along the curb, to run in and out of a business for a minute to pick up the repair of a heavy generator. In the span of that time, somebody backed out of a parking space and kept on coming. I reached over and honked but he kept on coming and nailed the fender over the front wheel. Another car coming the opposite way stopped and told the driver of the car that hit us that they had to stop because they hit us. Instead of stopping they sped off. I got a police report for the hit-and-run. Two days later the driver called the police and confessed and gave them his info. Next thing I know, the guy's lawyer texted and said they'd pay for the damage if I wouldn't prosecute. I went to a collision center and got an estimate for about $3500 and 11 days turnaround. I also sent a photo to various paintless dent repair places via Yelp. Bumper Buddies responded and scheduled to come to my home the following week. The guy came out in the rain and fixed it in about a half hour and you'd never know it was ever dented. The cost was less than 10% of the collision center estimate. After seeing the original estimate, the guy who hit me reneged on his promise to pay, and decided to use insurance and now wants me to go back to collision center for more photos. Ain't gonna happen, the car looks like new. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with that guy, since I can't jump thru his latest hoops and the cost was less than my deductible. Shame on me for finding a place like Bumper Buddies, to do such a nice job for so little and so quickly. read more

Made an appointment weeks in advance. Received a reminder text the day before the appointment and I responded to confirm. The next day comes. I wait even after the 2 hour appointment window. Waited 2.5 hours. No one ever showed up. There was zero communication that they were running late or need to cancel/reschedule. Nothing. I will give credit in that all communication prior to the appointment that never happened was timely and professional. read more

I highly recommend Bumper Buddies! A few years ago some psycho brake-checked me when I was having car trouble in the mountains (stereotypical angry spoiled brat in a Tesla whose mommy will just buy him another, etc.). Every time I looked at that dent and crack it brought back that awful memory, so I looked into a mobile repair service. A quick search resulted in Bumper Buddies. I filled out the form, added pics, and got a text to schedule an appointment. Shout out to David, who showed up on time. Professional and courteous, he did an amazing job repairing the damage and matching the paint. He had to come back today to finish polishing away the orange peel, since time got away from him on the first visit (it happens). The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to a little back-and-forth with the office that could have been tightened up. When I called about the orange peel, they told me to send pictures to a number, but nobody got back to me. After a week I did it again and waited more. I called again and got someone on the phone yesterday, and they had David come back the very next day. My car's bumper is so nice and smooth, and I'm pleased with it. Thanks, David! As for price, this will vary depending on the damage, what kind of paint you have, etc. I would say I paid a comparable price to an auto body shop, but the convenience of having them come to you and not leaving it in a shop for two weeks was worth it. read more

Service was exceptional. Had to reschedule once due to conflict on their end, but certainly worth the wait. Efficient, quality service! My car front looks brand new! David did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! read more

Bought a used BMW X5 and after having it a couple months, I noticed a small dent in the bottom of the bumper, the front lip spoiler I believe it's called. My wife found Bumper Buddies on Yelp so I called and scheduled an appointment that was convenient with my work schedule. David showed up right on time on a Sunday morning. He was able to fix the dent right there in my driveway. Took maybe 2 hours. Once finished, the work was perfect. I couldn't tell there was ever any dent in the bottom of the bumper and the paint he mixed right in his truck was a perfect match. I'm very happy with David/Bumper Buddies' service and would highly recommend. For the high quality of work, their prices are super reasonable too! read more

After 2 - 3 weeks of waiting and set an appointment for June 3 ,we just received a message on the last day and cancelled our appointment ,they flake out on us and said their Tech is very far from us & had some misunderstanding between their staff or not sure what & really the reasons why they do not cover our area , while they know in the beginning where we are located and mentioned all the details of our car. Althou they are apologetic and nice to us and gave us the heads up but now i have to start from scratch and need to find another shop.Anyways i just wanna put it out there my experience with this company. Not worth it for minor repairs. I had a very small dent in my brand new truck that I wasn't ready to live with yet. When they repaired the dent they took a panel off the top of the top of the truck bed but now it is flared up on the back and doesn't sit flush. When I asked about it the repairman told me "Well I had pry it off. Just glue it down". So I called the office to let them know of the situation, the guy one the phone told me he couldn't resolve any issues since he only schedules appointments but he would relay the message to his boss and he would call me back. It's been a few days now and still no one has reached out. So I paid $210 to fix some minor damage just to get new minor damage. Just beware if you have issues with your job they may not get back to you and if it's a minor job just take it to a real body shop. read more

This one is pretty simple to write. My bumper got messed up. Bumper buddies did a great job making it look as good as new and cost me less than replacing it or putting it through insurance...and they were a pleasure to deal with! read more

I was so skeptical about getting my bumpers fixed by a remote service because I was told it was really difficult to match Tesla pearl paint. When I called Bumper Buddies, they said they had worked on many Teslas. Dave came out today, was so nice, and finished the job in about 2 1/2 hours. The best part is my car looks brand new again- you couldn't tell any work had been done! I would 1000% recommend Bumper Buddies. Thank you Dave for making my car perfect again! read more

From beginning to end bumper buddies really have mastered customer service. From messaging on Yelp to making an appointment to the actual service was smooth and painless. Messaging with Sam was fantastic. Quick responses and getting me on the books was flawless. Thank you Sam! Eddie who was the technician who came out and is obviously a master of his craft did an outstanding job fixing the bumper on my Subaru. He was kind, professional, patient, honest and he really cared and took his time to fix the issue. Thank you Eddie! You are amazing at what you do and more importantly you are great human being. read more

Not just bumpers! Our 2015 Honda Civic got deeply scraped in the rear door area by a sneaky parking lot pole. The paint was completely off on the edge of the door and the adjacent rear panel in a nasty deep gouge. Eddie treated our car just as pristinely as any high end luxury motor. We were really impressed that he doesn't just patch the scratch, but tapes off the entire panel and painstakingly buffs and layer by layer does a restoration. He even applied fiberglass to strengthen the impacted area against any future damage. And all on the curb in front of our house. 100% recommend Eddie with Bumper Buddies. Our car looks brand new. read more

Response time; fair pricing; convenience; quality of the repair; great communication.

Most competitive of 4 bids. Only guarantee to 80-90% of task. It was pretty good, but not perfect. Probably would go for the "gold" next time, but they were honest and dent only noticeable if you look carefully. Previously had more serious damage and another more expensive company removed 100%. read more

John was very responsive by email. The tech, David, was responsive as well, by text and phone. His work was fantastic. I had two places where paint had chipped or flaked off on one of the car's pillars. When David was done, I had to look at BEFORE photos to remember where they were. The patching/painting was perfect! David matched not only the color, but the pearl finish as well. read more

Can't say enough about bumper buddies but most of all my repairman EDDIE. Professional, excellent work, friendly, went the extra mile! Great communication and the job was done to perfection in about 2 hours! Had a nasty hole and deep scratches that other repair companies dahlia required an entire new bumper. Eddie fixed it (not with bondo but with a steel mesh and TLC). The paint and clear coat makes it look brand new. Oh top of that Eddie helps repair another issue to pop out a plastic piece on the opposite side for free... just cause he could. Will forever recommend this company and Eddie! read more

My technician was Eddie and he did an amazing job. Had a nasty scrape on the front bumper, and he literally made it, almost magically, disappear. And at the same time, he went around and touched up every ding and scrape around the entire car. It literally looks good as new. The best part is that he did it right in my driveway, and for a very reasonable rate. Much better than schlepping my car to stay overnight at an overpriced body shop. read more
