This place is incredibly unprofessional, and my experience is clearly part of a larger pattern. The…read moretherapists frequently just don't show up, and the staff won't even bother to inform you or the owner makes excuses. They'll let you sit there for 15, 20, or even 30 minutes, and then--incredibly--they still try to charge you for the time you spent waiting around. When you rightfully complain, the owner turns the entire problem around on you. She makes it somehow your fault that their staff failed. Just look at her responses to reviews here; the grammar is atrocious and the tone is disrespectful. Between the shady practice of shorting sessions and the blatant lying, this business has zero integrity. Also there's a lot of contraindications as far as the owners responses go to clients leaving a negative review. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its clients.

I went here today for a massage with Tracy. The moment I walked in the door the desk staff greeted…read moreme and showed me to the locker rooms. There I changed into a robe and slippers they provided. Then I went to the sitting area that looks out on a nice fountain and outdoor sitting area. The music playing softly in the background was the perfect melody to get in that relaxed state. They had orange water and hot tea out for the guests to enjoy before or after their service. Tracy was both knowledgeable and professional. I got a deep tissue massage with her. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Only wish it could've been longer. I have never been to a spa in our area that provided such a relaxing environment to unwind. I'll definitely be back!

Also cupping the was used and wanted to up charge me at checkout when that wasn't explained to me that their was an up charge for that service. I explained to desk person when she asked how everything went and I told her I was cut short 15 min. She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional. Won't be back
