I engaged Matthew Williams from Bullet Roofing through Oneflare. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. Broken tiles were not replaced properly. Instead of installing new tiles (just around $5 each), he used silicone and reinstalled broken tiles to save his cost. This is unacceptable practice and risks water ingress. Additional defects included: Cracked and uneven ridge capping Misaligned and improperly seated tiles Uneven paint colour finish (visible light and dark patches) Dirt and debris left on timber fascia and around the house Leaving debris on timber fascia creates moisture retention and risk of wood rot. He confirmed he would return to clean it but failed to attend. He scheduled three rectification appointments and failed to show each time without any notice. On the fourth appointment, Oneflare staff attempted to contact him by phone and email -- he still did not attend. Water damage has since developed in our bathroom due to roof tile issues. He was informed urgently but did not respond. I have incurred additional cleaning and repair costs due to his failure to complete and rectify the work. This pattern of substandard workmanship, cost-cutting, repeated no-shows, and lack of accountability is deeply concerning.
