By in large, the expression that most people don't enjoy going to the doctor for dental work is essentially true. However, Bulleigh Orthodontics does not fall into this category. Dr. Bulleigh and his staff are the most personable and pleasant people that you will ever come across. With two conveniently located offices, Bulleigh Orthodontics can accommodate all of your orthodontic needs. Before choosing Dr. Bulleigh, I considered treatment from other orthodontists in the area. My sister had completed treatment by Dr. Bulleigh just a few months prior to the start of my treatment and she was pulling hard for him, but her positive testimonial wasn't enough for me. All things considered, I chose Dr. Bulleigh, because of his knowledge, my comfort level during the personal consultation, in addition to the state of the art technology that was I was administered for my dental exams prior to treatment. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Every time I returned for a follow-up visit during my treatment, his staff was always able to identify me by name, which isn't easy considering the number of patients that he treats. It's a small gesture, but something like this goes a long way with me. His staff is well-versed, and I never experienced discomfort during any of my visits. The office is clean and modern. The waiting area consists of a game room for kids, a beverage station, a giant fish tank for viewing, and multiple TV's. Scheduling an appointment is very convenient. They were always able to accommodate same-time appointments for my brother, who also had braces put on by Dr. Bulleigh, and myself at the same time. I just recently completed treatment and am now doing routine maintenance wearing a retainer. My expectations were exceeded. My teeth look so good, that they almost look fake! As happy as I am to have completed treatment, I can honestly say that it is a little disappointing to know that I won't be returning for visits as I always had a pleasant experience with every visit. I personally know of nine individuals, three who live in Missouri and drive 30 minutes to his office, that have been treated by Dr. Bulleigh and they have nothing but positive things to say about him. My daughter just got her braces off last Friday, and our experience with Bulleigh Orthodontics has been wonderful! My daughter has a missing permanent tooth, and her case has not been an easy one. Dr. Bulleigh has had to work around the hole in her mouth because she cannot get an implant until she is 18. He has been very patient, informative and kind to us throughout the entire process. We have had a lot of extra questions along the way since the process has not be as simple or straightforward as it would be with a more typical case. He has taken time to explain everything and get her teeth as perfect as they can be. He has been especially helpful this past week trying to get her a retainer with a fake tooth in it to cover the hole in her mouth. He had made her several retainers so we can find the one that fits best and makes her feel most confident. He has even called her dentist directly to come up with a plan for how we can improve the retainers for the next four years until she can get the implant. Dr. Bulleigh has always been great to work with, but this past week he has gone above and beyond, and we really appreciate him (and Paige) doing everything he (they) can to make sure she is happy and confident with her smile for high school! We would also like to thank Lynn for handling all of our appointments this past year! Lynn is extremely sweet and talented, and took our case under her wings so we didn't have to re-explain what was going on every time with the missing tooth. She even met us one day on short notice when an adjustment went wrong and needed to be fixed. Lynn is wonderful and takes such pride and care in her work! Both of my daughters had braces through Dr. Bulleigh's practice. The oldest had to be in braces for five years and undergo multiple oral surgeries. The younger daughter had a more standard experience, in braces for two years. Throughout the entire process with both children, I found Dr. Bulleigh and his staff to be courteous, compassionate, punctual, flexible and professional. Making or changing appointments appointments was easy. The staff was always friendly and greeted us by name. This practice covers all orthodontia needs and has your long term satisfaction in mind. When referred to outside providers, such as the oral surgeon, those professionals were also high caliber. Braces are a big investment. Dr. Bulleigh offered a discount for paying all expenses up front and another for having a sibling referred. Dr. Bulleigh also offers an affordable program for lifetime retainer replacement. Last week, my daughter completed her orthodontic treatment and had her braces removed. Three years ago, we were warmly welcomed into the Bulleigh Orthodontist family with unparalleled professionalism. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Initially, we consulted with a couple of other orthodontists who recommended extracting four of my daughter's teeth due to crowding. Naturally, we were quite apprehensive about this approach. He informed us that teeth removal would only be necessary if absolutely needed, expressing confidence that as our daughter grows, there would be adequate space for her teeth. Dr Bulleigh and Staff I wanted to write and tell you how pleased I have been with Bulleigh Orthodontics. Over the past several years they have worked to correct a challenging dental problem. The initial consultation was very thorough and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was considering I had a unique problem that needed correcting. I definitely recommend Bulleigh Orthodontics. Dr.Bulleigh is very knowledgeable and caring. He thoroughly checks the process at every visit. He always recommends what's best and gives options. The staff are great too! They are very friendly and always answer my questions. I've had plenty! I had invisalign. I'm very satisfied with the results. My process finished sooner than expected and that made me very happy. I feel more confident now with a beautiful smile. My son just finished with braces. His teeth look amazing! It was a 2 phase part with some time off in between ( that's part of the process for kids getting all of their adult teeth). Two of my children are patients at Dr. Bulleigh's office. The staff is caring and friendly. Appointments are easy to schedule and are on-time. My daughter is missing two of her bottom teeth. One opinion we had from another orthodontist was to leave space and she would have a retainer with a fake tooth and eventually need an implant. Dr. Bulleigh had the expertise to know how to pull the teeth and bite together so no implants necessary. She just had her braces removed and her teeth look beautiful! You can't even tell she is missing two teeth. Years ago, my son had several of his teeth knocked out at basketball practice. Fortunately, the braces held the teeth in and Dr. Bulleigh got us into the office immediately. Within days, the teeth reseated and no damage done. They checked in on us several days later. Our friends had suggested going to Dr. Bulleigh when our oldest daughter needed braces and I'm glad we did. The office location and hours are ideal for us. With both of our daughters, now 17 and 13, needing braces over the past couple of years, we have had a great experience with his office. The office staff are very welcoming, genuinely friendly and accommodating with after-school appointments and squeezing them in for ortho emergencies like broken retainers, etc. Office staff always returned calls, kept me updated with what insurance covered and what would be out-of-pocket costs. I got my braces off in 2010 and am writing this review in 2021. All I want to say is thank you. You did the best thing for me. Sometimes when orthodontists mess up someone's mouth or pull too many teeth (a practice that was common in 2010 and earlier and still probably is today) they can mess up someone up bad because the teeth will never align well again, causing life long grinding of the teeth because the teeth will never have a home base, sleep issues and even GI issues because grinding causes your stomach to produce unneeded acids, etc there are a lot of systematic issues that can start in your mouth. What I know now is that the pallet expanders and braces and overall care from this facility was great. Literally helps me sleep at night. I still have the retains given to me in 2010 and use them to this day. Again thank you for being a good orthodontist. read more

We are so happy with the results of our 3 kids smiles and they couldn't be more confident! The offices (we've been to all 3 locations) are super clean and has more amenities than I would ever think to have. Some of the comfort amenities include massage chairs, Starbucks coffee machine, keurig brewer, tablets for games, play area, tv's, beautiful huge fish tank, bowls of chapstick for brace wearers and I'm sure much more than I'm thinking of at the moment. The staff and Dr's are awesome with kids and parents. They are so attentive and fun! They are very flexible and have even been able to help with a painful, yet minor issue during off hours. They really made the experience positive and fun for our 3 daughters as well as less painful on the pocket book by offering significant discounts for multiple children. I had 2 kids needing braces at the same time and I was stressing how I was going to be able to afford it. After their free consultations I felt less stressed about the cost. The office offered me discounts, worked with my insurance each year, and found me affordable payments. When the kids were in their braces the hygentist and orthodontists explained the procedures, answered all questions that my children and I had, and were compassionate to help ease the jitters. The hygentist worked efficiently and the office was highly organized so we never had to wait more than a few minutes in the lobby and never spent an obscene amount of time in the chair. From the start, Dr. Bulleigh and staff have always been warm and welcoming. The office is impressive, but what is most impressive is the positive climate and customer service. You are always welcomed with a smile. They really cater to their patients and it is very obvious. They rarely if ever run behind. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Early intervention yields dramatic result! Our journey with Dr. Bulleigh and his staff began with an early referral from our son's dentist to address his severe alignment issues. After Dr. Bulleigh evaluated our son, he agreed that an early set of braces would be in J's best interest. Little did we know how beneficial this early set of braces would be? We chose Dr. Bulleigh and his staff based in several things. Treatment plan, location, communication and value. Dr. Bulleigh offers several locations that we could visit in order to meet our schedules. The treatment plan was logical, cost effective and detailed. The staff was welcoming and I NEVER had to leave a message and hope that they called me back. I had several friends who had to return to other orthodontist to have brackets replaced because they fell off, not once was this a problem with Dr Bulleigh. The quality of his work was impeccable.
