Decided to go with them since it seemed reasonable (not cheap...it's 45 minutes away!). Truck showed up quickly, the driver was friendly, and the whole experience was great. And the final price was what they quoted. Very professional and very friendly. The lady who talked to me on the phone was courteous and knew exactly where my daughter's car was when I described a landmark nearby. Look, nobody wants to have a break down and have to call a tow service, and they are not free or inexpensive. But when the need arises, Jimmy's is a great choice and worth every penny. Would definitely use them again. Saw the one negative review from ten years ago. Definitely not what I had experience.

I called Cut Rate Towing within minutes, and they would not release my truck to me until the next day. Then, they said they don't have to release my truck to me even after Seminole PD said they did. Charged me $242.27 when I could have picked up my stolen truck 6 hours before if they hadn't held it hostage. This company has cost me more money and time than the their that stole my truck.
