My rockero friends took me to this unpretentious pub which is known for live entertainment. We went…read morethere around midnight on Thursday night and the place was packed with lots of 30-something and up. As you can tell from the name "ZZ Pub" (The locals don't pronounce it like we do. They call it "thetah thetah poob", LOL), this venue specializes in mostly old school rock. The name says it all! The band that played that night played the cover songs of the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Joan Jett, etc. Personally I'm not into this type of music but I must say that the drummer was amazing, he was the most entertaining part of the show! Fue una pasada! The drinks are cheap and the ambiance is very rock'n'roll with lots of ACDC posters.

The wooden decking and chairs, and the extensive bar and wine menu are very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had drinks but will sample the food soon. It was very busy and they had live music, which we wished we could have stayed for. he practiced a number while we were there and sounded excellent. Oh - and they don't take card so cash only. We will definitely be back.
