Similar experience to what others have had where we were to have a small deck with stairs built. Took forever for it to get started and once it did it was stopped after barely any work done. Half of payment was given and definitely not half of the work has been done. Now we are not able to get a hold of the contractor. Considering this at our entryway it is not making our front door easily accessible especially to our elderly parents. read more
