Dan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took over 4 hours to meticulously go through every aspect of the property - roof, chimney, foundation, electrical (including old knob-and-tube concerns), plumbing, HVAC, attic, basement moisture issues, and more. The report was delivered the same day, clocking in at 41 pages with hundreds of clear photos, diagrams, and a well-organized Repair Advisory Summary + Defective Summary that made it easy to understand priorities, safety risks, and next steps. He didn't sugarcoat anything but explained everything in plain language without overwhelming me - perfect for a first-time buyer like me. I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called the phone went to voicemail but m rep shot me a text and called me back quickly. They quotes me $475 for the inspection and $125 for the radon tasting (highly recommend if you have a basement). I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The inspector (John) was at the house on time at 8a sharp. He inspected and walked through each square footage of the house. From the roof to the backyard and basement. I was able to follow along and ask any questions during walk-through. John was very friendly and helpful during the entire experience. The inspection took about 2 hours and 45 minutes which was 30 minutes longer then the estimated time. After the inspection, John sat down with me and discussed all the items that needed attention and items to watch out for. He explained everything thoroughly.
