In all the times I dropped off and picked up I never once saw a single one who ever seemed genuinely happy while interacting with a child. One teacher in my oldest sons room would actually borderline yell at some of the kids, I personally observed this on multiple occasions. One day during drop off she snapped a very rude remark in a much louder and harsher tone than normal conversation at my son because he attempted to get out some toys which they had already apparently cleaned up prior to his arrival. As he was supposed to know this? Through all the hot August days I would pick them up off the playground and they would be hot and sweated with no water bottles. The water bottle I packed would be empty back inside their cubbies in their rooms. I commented on it one day and a teacher replied "we'd be going back and forth to the bathroom constantly if everyone had water bottles". Apparently taking already potty trained kids to the bathroom is too much to ask? The icing on the cake which led to immediately withdrawing from the center was when my oldest son came home with a hand print on his arm. He was 4 and no longer napped, however the 4-5 year old classroom had a 2 hour nap time each afternoon where they expected him to sit and play quietly on a cot. For 2 whole hours. He struggled with this, as I'm sure most 4 year old boys would and they didn't want to put the effort into finding a solution. One day he came home and told me about how the teacher that day was mad at him for not being quiet during nap time so she grabbed his arm very hard and made him sit in a time out chair in the corner. When questioned she said she gently led him to another area. Gentle enough to leave a handprint, I guess..... We paid almost $1000/month for him to attend UGRO and they actually asked me to pack him a bag of quiet things to do during nap time so he wouldn't disrupt the other kids. Total lack of desire to foster kids development and growth. Do NOT waste your time looking at this facility. The director is kind and sweet and you will think it's a great place but do not be fooled. The staff are absolutely terrible and could care less about your child.

This kind of change is stressful for kids. If you are a current parent, know that you must get an incident report if your child was hurt at school. Make sure you ask your children about their day. Visit the facility unannounced at times other than pickup and drop-off. (You will see how horrible the place is when they are at lunch. Half of the children sit down to eat when a few are sent to the restroom wide open in the same room and are changed. The entire room reeks as the rest of the kids eat. Some kids nap near/under the sinks and in front of toilets.Terrible because there are way too many children in a classroom than the actual capacity). Most of the kids food gets thrown away and empty boxes are sent home to make it look like children ate well. Asking about this did not get it resolved and all you will get is a rude response from the director. If your children are constantly falling sick, take time off and you will see the difference. If you are considering this school, just do not do it. Overall, this is a poorly run daycare - NOT a school.Its a toxic and unethical place with a lying&cheating director. Find a real school if you want your child's needs to be met. I strongly recommend against sending your children here. Look for other options and do not consider this even as your last option.

The teachers here don't just write up an incident they take the time to address the problem and correct it using learning techniques.. They have taken the time to get to know my son and how to "handle" him! He is so much happier at this school and we couldn't be more pleased with the care he is receiving! He is provided healthy meals and we are receiving daily reports of his activities through an app. Our son isn't fighting us every morning to go to school anymore and we have noticed a change in his behavior overall.

When we asked the reason, we were told that one of them "just crashed out". We experienced hand foot and mouth twice in 3 months. We experienced lice twice in 3 months. We lost wages over this. When I asked they cleaning procedures, they explained that they only clean the room they found it in; however, every staff member is in contact with almost every child in the building at some point. My grandson got a large scratch right next to his eye. When we asked what happened, no one knew. We were told "a friend must have accidentAlly scratched him". When I watched a 3 year attempt to punch my grandson and left the building with him, I was not asked by the director who was standing right there why I was upset. She ignored me and allowed me to leave angry and upset. There is a child in the 2 year old room that is clearly not 2 years old. I watched her punch a little boy in the side of his head for no reason. I watched a staff member help a calm little girl with a baby doll rather than help to console my crying granddaughter during drop off. They will not remove my account from their payment portal and it us set up in such a way that you do not have control of your own money. They take whatever payment they want in spite of their contract and offer to pay your overdraft fees as consolation. They have a 30 day notice period. If you do not give a 30 day notice, they inform you that they are turning you into collections if you don't pay even if your children aren't there. They have no regard for complaints or concerns about safety. They only care about money.

First, I want to say that most of the teachers we encountered were wonderful and incredibly loving toward the children. My concerns are primarily with management, their communication style, and how serious issues were handled. The catalyst for us switching daycares was an incident I personally witnessed where a teacher angrily put his hands on another child and pushed the child into a chair. Although my child was not directly involved, I immediately became uncomfortable leaving my child alone with that specific teacher. I immediately reported this to the owner as I was on my way out the door, but the teacher continued working at the daycare. I received no follow-up from management until I requested to withdraw my child and verbally complained about the lack of communication when asked why our family was withdrawing. When I finally received a response, I was told that the teacher said he had not touched anyone. This was extremely concerning because I had personally witnessed it. After several days of deliberation, I contacted ChildLine to report my concerns. It was not until the state became involved that the teacher was ultimately removed. This was not our only issue with management. There were also ongoing communication breakdowns. For example, parents would receive emails about special events or policy changes that the teachers themselves sometimes seemed unaware of. It was clear to me management did not adequately support or communicate with its own staff. Ultimately, the lack of communication and the way this incident was handled caused me to lose confidence in this daycare. There are genuinely caring and wonderful teachers there, but as a parent, I need to know that my child is safe and that serious concerns will be taken seriously. Unfortunately, we reached a point where I no longer felt that way, and we chose to move our child to another daycare.
