LOVE this school! My son transferred to OH from a public school and I must say, he has…read moreexceptionally excelled in his reading, writing, and math capabilities. Not to mention, the staff, the headmaster and his family, are all so incredibly kind and an excellent reflection of core Christian values that I want my son to be influenced by. Ms. Weathers pours her heart into these children and my son adores her! She is incredibly sweet and my son always comes home talking about nothing but positive experiences with this teacher. I recommend this school to all my fellow Christians who want a solid Christian education for their children. They are doing it right here

My husband and I enrolled my son in this school. We thought it would be a good experience, a small…read moreschool that is Christian based. Sadly it was a terrible for our entire family. Everyday when my husband picked up my son, he was notified of some behavior that my son did that was wrong. Wrongs committed included: being reminded to tuck in his shirt, having a messy locker, messy backpack, asking to many questions, writing in an assignment that he thought women could be pastors (he was alone in that thought), and using the word stupid. During his time there a student threw a ball in his groin area, that same student threw rocks at him and almost hit him in the head, and was told by a student he would go to hell because of his, religion, A member of staff told us he thought a student was autistic, not our son. and our son heard a members of staff use racist and homophobic language. My husband and I had a meeting with member of staff. We were criticized for buying my extra copies of his textbooks to leave at home. He questioned why my son wrote math problems in the front of his textbook. When I explained I paid for the book, and that my son could write in the book. We were told our son was rude and disrespectful because we are rude and disrespectful. Not the first time a member of my family was called rude and disrespectful. My husband was yelled at by a staff member when he asked "if our son could do anything right." After I talked about the math book, the member of staff tried to keep it. I politely retrieved the book and explained, we would keep the book as we paid for it. We were also chastised for hiring a tutor for my son and told we were to involved in his education. We were told to move out of the way so the school could do what they needed to do. When we asked about the qualifications of one of our son's teachers, we were told that was of no importance and none of our business. The next day after that meeting, thirty minutes prior to my husband leaving to drive our son to school, we were notified by email the school was not a good fit for my family. And that my son did not need to attend school that day. I am not upset that my son is no longer a student but I think thirty minutes notice is not appropriate or professional. Had my husband not seen the email he would have driven our son to school as usual. The school at no point tried to work with us. He was constantly criticized and bullied by both students and staff. For a five (5) figure tuition we found this unacceptable. My husband wrote a review of the school. We were contacted by a staff member and told that if our reviews were not removed from Yelp, our places of employment would be contacted about the reviews. I am not sure what the person hoped to accomplish with that statement. I do not believe that type of statement is/was a very Christian response.

By far the BEST child care service I could ever ask for! I am a first time mom, and going back to…read morework, having to leave my baby after only 16 weeks with someone else was such a scary thought. :( I looked around for a daycare that was close to work, and was flexible with our schedules, and that offered what we were looking for. I was in such desperate search, about to go with another option because of the time crunch, and I randomly stumble across Augusta School. When I tell you my husband and I were so thankful that we looked a little harder and found this gem! My baby girl, Sophia is always so happy when we arrive for drop off, she always has a huge smile, and ready to go. To see her happy being greeted by the staff every morning brings me at ease as a first time mommy! She is now 6 months old, and loves going here, has little friends that keep her busy throughout the day. Has hit a lot of milestones while being here. Loves tummy time now! We receive daily updates, daily photos/videos of her activities. Staff is super friendly and professional, you can definitely feel the comfort, and love they bring to our little ones. I've seen a couple times how other kids arrive not trying to let go of their parents hands, and burst into tears because they do not want to separate... but as soon as a staff member opens that door, greets them with a big smile, and shows them comfort, their mood completely changes. :) Thank you all for your service, and giving us such a wonderful experience! Couldn't ask for anything better staff. If I could give you guys more stars, I would!

Both of my children went to Augusta School starting at 3 months - 4 years old. While we were there, there was a very little staff turnover rate, which speaks very highly of the school. The teachers are highly valued and they love their job. My children all loved their teachers. My son who is now 5 years old, learned how to write his name on his own when he was 3 years old (with no help) from me! Now, he is still learning to write, being 5 years old, but I can see that he has very good handwriting in comparison to other children his age. I owe those kudos to Augusta school! They are also very reasonably priced and have great hours for those parents who are working full-time. Overall, they were very accommodating and felt more like family!

Ms. Nazli and her team are all phenomenal with the babies, and they truly loved my daughter during her time at MCHL. We had to make the difficult decision to transfer her due to my work office changing locations. Thank you to the staff at MCHL for showering our daughter with so much love during her experience. We are forever grateful.

From the staff to the teachers, owners, leadership and daily activity teachers they bring in, the days are incredibly well thought out. The rooms are set up incredibly well and children lack for nothing. In addition to the kids opportunities, the parents have seemed to get along incredibly and the PTA volunteers are active and create great participation. As a historic testimony to the growth and consistency of MCHL, we have 10 children on our block alone that span 12 years of MCHL with different teachers all having the same great experience. All of the other parents that we have met and known at MCHL seem to convey the same message. I recommend at the very least interviewing the staff and teachers at MCHL when it comes to making a decision for schooling.
