I wasn't told the fluid could migrate so on Sunday I was alarmed when I saw that had happened. I brought my dog here and explained the situation and that he was given fluid the day before. The vet met my dog and felt the area and said it didn't feel like fluid. We discussed some options and they left. The nurse or whoever she was came back and said they would have to set me up with their sedation plan for 1500.00 and the treatment cost could increase to 3000.00. Like really...I've had dogs over 10 years and I have never heard of this. I declined of course and said I would take him to SaVE in fayette and the nurse replied that they were having issues and sending their patients to them...I called them and found out that wasn't true. Luckily I was able to get in with another vet and he confirmed it was the fluid migrating and my dog was fine. I even checked back with my vet the following morning and they confirmed as well and apologized that I wasn't told that could happen. If you love your pet and your money...Do not go here....

I waited patiently for 30mins with absolutely no other people / pets in the office. When the Vet finally came, he took 5 mins to look at my baby, told me he's "healthy" and for me to "brush his teeth". My DOCUMENTED concern with the assistant who took notes for the vet once we were called to the back office, was my dog's frequent urinating. This vet never did a urinalysis or took blood. Later that day, I received a nasty email from the manager politely telling me to find another vet because of my complaint about the wait with no other pets being service. Unfortunately, my OSCAR DIED TWO WEEKS AFTER HIS "WELLNESS CHECK" from kidney stones!!!!! Something which could have been avoided!!!! As per my response to the nasty email from the manager, the name has changed but the same nasty attitude and now, piss poor Customer Service for my pet still exists. STAY AWAY FROM THE GROVE IF YOU WANT YOUR PET TO LIVE!
