Would give 0/5 if i could. Terribly rude employees. Charged $140 for me to pick up my car less than an hour after it got towed. Also they towed my front wheel drive car from the back while it was in park with the parking brake on. Also there are 2 large deep scratches in the back bumper which were not there before. So -$140 plus whatever it costs to fix the alignment, body work, and whatever else the creepy old man decided to screw up today. Absolutely terrible service. I have called twice in the past two weeks about the same vehicle that parks in my spot, and both times they informed me "they were on a cop call"--kind of ironic that just happened to be occurring every time I call. The first time, they told me they would be there shortly and never showed up (the car did not leave until 12 hours later). This time, I am still awaiting them to come and do their job. read more

if it was possible to give zero stars I would first off as a female I felt unsafe stepping foot on the property it's not welcoming they're very creepy men. not to mention, ignorant and rude as fuck. this place looks like some thing out of a truckstop horror movie, I felt like if I even stepped so much as an inch away from where they had the car stored I would've been kidnapped. it's not about the cost of getting my car back. It's about my safety and I certainly did not feel safety dealing with them. they wouldn't even hear my side of the story, and when I tried to stand my ground, they belittled me and made me feel like a stupid little girl. please, I beg of you if you're a girl don't go here alone especially a young female. Seen two of my good friends get towed in front of my apartment. One was at my neighbors house to feed a dog for like 10 minutes and let them out and then my other best friend had a parking pass but forgot to put it in his car window and we looked out the window and his was was getting towed away. Very unprofessional compmy and complete tool bags. wonder how many times they have been sued or taken to small claims court. read more

This company preys on college students. They will check lots to see if hazard lights are flashing, implying that the person is only going to be there for a short period of time. My room mate wasn't home for the weekend, and I parked in their spot for less than 20 minutes to pick up friends. In that time frame, the tow truck saw my hazards and towed my car. 140 dollars later and an hour of waiting for the guy to arrive at their lot, I have never been more disappointed with a serviced. Shame on B and L properties for hiring such a disgusting company as well. read more

So, the other day on the way to taking my fiance to work, my car broke down. I called Buggy's and they we're able to pick me up within 20 mind to tow my car to my mechanic. I truly appreciate the tow and the cost was reasonable. Thank you so much. read more

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED AT WHAT I JUST WITNESSED THIS EVENING. Buggeys towing is the biggest disgrace of a business. I was at Wine And Spirits this evening just grabbing some wine and I saw two poor young women have their car towed. They couldn't have been in the store for more than 5 minutes and parking is horrendous at this location multiple people park where they did daily. When these young women went out from the store to the tow truck being near the car (that wasn't hooked up to the truck yet) instead of explaining the situation and explaining why they can't park there and letting these young women go about their night with a friendly warning I witnessed such a horrible display of disrespect and rudeness from the guys who towed this vehicle. The car was not hooked up when they came out and the girls pleaded with them to not tow and even pay them the fee there. The tow guys got extremely rude and disrespectful too these girls and even started saying they were going to charge them more just cause they wanted to and because they were female. Yes these men pulled the gender card and were rude just cause they were female. They cussed at the girls repeatedly and even threatened having the cops come and detain the two of them if they didnt cooperate. I could not believe my eyes and ears witnessing this. These guys simply just were out to ruin two girls nights. If I was employed by this company or a frequent user of the company services I would be extremely embarrassed. I wish I would have intervened or called the police to witness this situation. If you ask me these guys need a tow hitch driven straight up in between each of their legs. I hope these poor girls got their car back. Word of advice Buggeys get yourself some real employees and learn how to treat human beings. read more

They will tow your car even if you live at that residence. Usually don't answer the phone when you call. Very inconsiderate people.

What poor service, very dirty and unprofessional. They troll the streets to look for poor college students cars to tow and charge then 120 dollars. My daughters car was parked in her apt defined parking space and her window tag had fallen down. What a shame taking advantage of students. read more
