But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.

He charged us a very reasonable rate for the tow, given the fact that he not only dropped our car off at a shop, but dropped us off at a hotel afterwards.
