Yikes, I've got termites!…read more A neighbor of mine said, "If you live in Florida; It's not if, it's when!" For me, it's now! My condo building has four units. The guy at the other end had termites. My condo association freaked out, along with me, and treated the entire building. The good news was it was an association expense, so I didn't need to take out a second mortgage! These wonderful folks went on the hunt. It was war! They drilled holes all around the outside of my building and squirted in termite killing gunk. Some of the holes were so deep they needed a passport as they traveled into China! BTW- Those Chinese folks don't have a sense of humor when it comes to termite gunk! Next, they came inside. Yikes again! They pulled up carpeting and drilled holes and squirted again and again. I gotta say, it was disconcerting to say the least. Throughout it all these folks were pleasant, professional, and completely determined to vanquish the enemy! So, the battle was fought, and these guys were like a Seal Team of commandos! Unfortunately, when it comes to termites, you need to wait a while to see if the war was won. I'm confident but as the saying goes, "Trust but verify!" I'm confident but I'll be keeping and eye out for these insidious little monsters!

Bugs never truly went away, customer service aint it. It hit a point where my exterminations were telling me about back of house issues and to stop calling for etas or else they are being constantly checked on so then in turn you have poor service cause they are trying to be in and out to get to the next house. Ive been on Medical Leave since October, they have been showing up to my house and trying to talk to me through my fence over NINETY DOLLARS. They tell me every-time they'll leave me alone until Im back on my feet but Im still getting calls, people at my house, and mail all over. The customer service agent "Justin" started to get dismissive and try and get me off the phone when I was trying to get them to stop coming to my house, they are the ones bothering me on a daily basis. Update a day or 2 later: still calling and harassing me, its hit the point Im irritated and they refuse to listen to reason what so ever and instead want to collect on my disability checks. Justin cant do anything but put a "notation on my account" and John the servicer doesnt care what so ever. Hes been reading my messages but is failing to respond upon request. How can I be harassed everyday but then when I message and need an answer no one is there?
