This was not an easy task due to the fact that we operate in a fairly large warehouse. Eric used a common sense approach to eliminating the pests. First, he noted the evidence of where the pests were traveling and also the areas that the pests spent most of their time. He set traps in these areas and caught most of them within a couple of weeks. Eric was very thorough and sealed any holes that he found in the building no matter how small they were. After setting more traps in the targeted areas, it took some patience and about 2 months to achieve 100% elimination of all pests. Our former pest control company, Florida Pest Control, lacked the problem-solving capabilities needed for the building. The original company was bought out a few times during the duration of service with us (formerly Rentokil, Ehrlich, and Steritech). It was quite obvious over a period of time that this merged/acquired company did not spend the time and attention that was needed to eradicate the pests at our job site even after an inspector had pointed out the violations. Huge red flag. We gladly made the switch to Eric from On Brand Pest Management. Eric has proven to us that he is knowledgeable, effective, and actually cares about getting the job done correctly. Eric will actually spend the time that is needed.
