I recently had an Advantage technician spray the exterior of our house. He used what looked like a…read moregarden hose with a spray attachment to douse my back porch in a terrible smelling liquid. He soaked a pile of my children's toys, that I had attempted to move out of the way, and a good deal of our patio rug and furniture in the process. I witnessed the application from inside my home, and it was careless, haphazard, and seemed excessive. There were 18-inch wide swaths along the length and width of my patio concrete that were visibly wet ten to twenty minutes after the application. Now I have two kids under five at home under social distancing that I don't feel comfortable letting play on their own porch. Totally unacceptable. The single star is for their empathetic and professional secretary, and because Yelp won't publish this review without at least one star.
