We never received this service of extermination of the inside of properties. Normally if the properties get exterminated they are done outside and I needed something done right away .... So I had to pay the cost. My husband was getting bit all over his arms and they were like chicken pox (swollen).... I had Brandon from this company come out to exterminate for bugs, which turned out to be Bed Bugs (which I had no idea that I had that problem)... I felt so embarrassed and Brandon reassured me that it was probably NOT my fault as it can happen to the best of us who have people visit us as they might have bed bugs attached to their clothing and bed bugs travel with people through luggage; through business airline seats ; at restaurants seats; from hotels and the best of upper-end resorts. So-- I felt better knowing that this bug is quite common . Brandon was very detailed in showing me what a bed bug looked like and where to look for them and came up with my total cost for his services. His extermination service came in 3 visits instead of one for a total cost of $275. Most exterminators charge that fee for just one application...I have not seen a bed bug since and he finished exterminating for Bed Bugs a week ago. I liked his service so much that I hired him on for a monthly basic service ($45.) a month to spray for other bugs (peaty creatures) and this will be done monthly until I say to stop. I recommend him and feel he is honest and trustworthy as we had to leave our premises for over 2 hours and he was very careful with moving our furnitures when finished. Today, I'm totally happy and trust that if we have that problem again, he will be available to help again.

We had them spray for ants two years ago and we literally haven't seen an ant since! We weren't able to be there during the spraying, and they left us a detailed note of what they had found and told us all about what we were dealing with! We have also been here during the spraying and they were very personable and explained what they were doing as well as answered any questions that we had. Very nice! When you call the office, they are very kind and easy to talk to and always call a day before the spraying to make sure everything is good to go for the next day. In a world where good customer service is hard to come by, I'm glad there are businesses like this that go above and beyond! We will definitely continue to do business with them!

I was able to connect anyone. Later they rescheduled and the Man who sprayed the outside of the house was very kind and even waved at the kids. So I thought ok everyone makes mistakes. Then when it came time for our next spray no one was getting in touch with us. I contacted them through text and no one replied then they sent a text saying that they would come for the quarterly spay past the due date for them to spray. They gave us the date but no time and no call before hand. When we called to ask about when they were coming they told us the person already was by but couldn't do it because the dog was out at 10am. No one contacted me or my husband at all and the neighbors doorbell camera doesn't show anyone arriving at that time. I just don't find any of the services we have experienced as professional. I have never actually had a company upset me so much just over professional quality. We still have to deal with them for the rest of the year contract. Hopefully they turn down better so I can delete this review. But I doubt it. I %100 am done with this company and would cancel except they chard you to get out of there contact. A contractor they can't even keep.
