There is no waiter service, you get a beeper and get your food once ready. The restaurant space is a good size with several tall tables and stools, and 2 regular tables. The music was a bit loud, but that seems the norm in many trendier restaurants. I would not necessarily say it's a kid friendly spot, but a toddler would be ok w/some entertainment. I'm not certain if this restaurant takes credit cards, as the day we visited we were told "cash only today". I walked up about 9:30 on a Wednesday and we were able to order immediately and even played a round of Mario Kart 64 on the console arcade. Speaking of the console, it has MANY options for free games to play while you wait for food or wait to order which I found to be quite pleasing. We waited less than 10 minutes for our food to come out, which was nice, and decided to sit outside under the heated morning. I was truly impressed by the size of the burgers. My burger featured a thick fried mozzarella layer on top the double burgers with marinara sauce and I couldn't get enough of it! My friend had the Trifuerza and it also looked amazing with a fried egg and meat stacked high. Both burgers were absolutely beastly and mouthwatering. I did find it strange that when we arrived, a Sam Smith playlist was coming over the speaker system but I didn't mind as I'm a fan of his anyway.
