I get that businesses get busy and short staffed, I worked in the food industry for the past 10 years so I get it. But to tell me my food is going to be done at a certain time and it takes me 40 mins after that set time to get my food is crazy. I watched everyone around me get helped but not a single person came up to ask me if I needed anything until the 10 min mark of me standing there and I had to ask for help. Then another 30 mins after the first interaction to get my food is crazy. I got video showing how old and cold my food is. The boxes holding them were moist and soft because they sat so long. The cheese balls were rubbery and spongy. That's just bizarre especially for a BDubs. My family and I love the food but I wouldn't recommend the Dawley farms location to anyone. At least not at night. Update: Im not sure who I talked to today about my order Lastnight, but she was very understanding and considerate. The low ratings give the wrong impression and show the main flaw of Yelp--its transformation into a complaint box populated by spiteful types. Putting 5 stars (would've put 4 - see below) because it's ridiculous that this very normal, well-functioning BWW has such a low rating. Moreover, I appreciate that the dining room layout is much more open than other locations I've been. Patio is windy but that's SD for you. Would be 5 stars but our waitress (who was very new) listed the side ranches/blue cheeses as extra vs the complimentary that come with wings, costing about $6.50 extra. This is, of course, a very normal thing to happen at a standard American restaurant and we only caught it way after we paid, so it's not like we could've done a ton about it anyhow. Only have one star because I had to give something. I ordered $67 worth of wings for a splurge night with me and the kids. We never get to do stuff like this, so we had it delivered to the hotel. The containers were thrown into a bag. Sauce EVERYWHERE! The wrong sauces too. The onion rings were cold and soggy, they had been there a while. Keep in mind the delivery driver was 3 minutes away. My first review about the Buffalo Wild Wings was removed because I thoughtlessly commented about how slowly our waiter was. I ordered a grain belt nordeast and was brought a bud light. I asked the delivery guy if it was the beer that I had ordered and he said yes. I then asked him if he knew I could see the tap from my seat. Our table was filthy when we sat down and most of the tables were empty. They weren't busy enough to not have the time to squirt a shot of bleach and water on the table, but they just wiped it with a dirty bar towel. It left a sticky residue everywhere. We sat at the bar to watch the Stampede game. Derek and Lisa were both extremely friendly and quick to provide service. The TVs had all the games on and it was a lively atmosphere. The smashed hamburgers were delicious and the tap beer was ice cold. Great place we will be back again! read more

Today I order THROUGH the app a delivery order at around 8:15 pm and the ASAP delivery available was 9:00 pm, that was fine for me. I receive my order and it happens that I waited over one hour a $50+ order and I don't get my order complete. I call the store and a girl picks up the phone, I tell her that I order through THE APP and she tell me, the customer, that they don't do deliveries, after explaining to her the FACT that I order through the app she decided to get the manager. They ended up doing a refund for just what was missing and offered me to pick up the rest instead of getting the refund. First of all, the fact that the girl is telling customers that deliveries can't be hold through the app is just NOT OKAY, they should be trained to know the ways of the business. Why in the world would I go and pick them up if there was a reason I choose DELIVERY on the app. It's just terrible and I'm really disappointed. Went here with my wife and son for his birthday and we got the sampler platter appetizer, my son and I split a 15 pcs traditional spicy garlic order of wings and my wife got the street tacos. We didn't take anything home with us because we ate it all there and were full. People, understand they are a Wings, Beer and Sports establishment. We were met by racist hostesses that took one look at us, saw we were Hispanic and told us we couldn't sit at the bars higher tables because we had minors with us but as soon as people of lighter color arrived with two minors they didn't have a problem and allowed them to, this is an issue I hope doesn't occur in the future for me or anyone else. The waiter and everything else was fine it was just the two hostesses, one with glasses and blondie and the other with dark brown hair that worked on 3/29/24 we saw from 9:30pm ish to 10:30 ish. They stated that there was a rule implacated a week ago not allowing minors in that section but we were also there exactly a week ago and this rule had not yet been established, only difference was that they weren't the hostesses last time. We spoke to the bartender and they stated they haven't heard of such rule being enforced so I don't know if it's an issue of the hostesses or the bartender simply doesn't know of this "rule" and should be informed. read more

I went in last night with my brother, niece, and her fiancé. My brother and I were earlier than the other two. We sat down and ordered a beer and an appetizer. This was the fastest our service was all night. My niece and her fiancé arrived 20 minutes later and waited for at least 15 minutes to have someone wait on them. At this time the manager came over and told them our server was busy and she would take our order. We all ordered and this was around 8:15. They didn't have my nieces drink she ordered because they were out of the liquor for the drink. Our drinks came out later and were dropped off. Our food on the other hand didn't show up until 45 minutes later. No one checked on us for more drinks or refills. My niece went to get a drink from the bar and the manager who waited asked if she ordered that from the bar. Still no service even after she saw this. The food came out cool and my niece and her fiancés boneless wings looked like they had been under the heater for a long time. The sever who actually delivered our food was courteous and said she wouldn't eat them so she brought them back. Round two and they arrive going on 9:10, mind you the place was not very busy. No one came to refill waters or get more drink orders. We finished and waited another 15-20 minutes to get our bill. The original waitress had to ask what we had to get our orders right. This was the third time we saw her all night. This was about the fifth time we saw anyone, counting our drinks and food being delivered. It might be a while before I give this place a shot again. The place is literally empty and upon entry we were told 20-30 minute wait. Everywhere I look there are tables full of empty tables that no one has cleared away dirty glasses and food trays. We have an issue almost every time we come to this location. One time I ordered a salad with a couple of items I wanted left off. This is the WORST BWW we have been to. We went in later on Friday night so only a few tables. Our server was slow to get to the table to take our order. She not only had to be told multiple times what we ordered but forgot a drink so we finally went up to the bar after 20min to grab it ourselves. Another table had to do the same thing... mind you she had two tables in her section. Ours a 6 top and other a 2 top. Ordered the CHILI con queso and a watery cheese mix came out with no chili. She brought it back and some sort of taco meat was tossed on and she said they changed it to a "less american version" not sure what the heck that means unless powder cheese and boiling water. Food was slow to come out but we were conversing anyway so not that big a deal. She carries the food out and makes some Comment like " I just carry it out, don't cook it so that's why it's slow". Our food was NOT hot, so imagine it sat for awhile. She then proceeded to take a 1/4 cup glass of a table mates water and pours Into another table mates glass. WTH? She did the same thing 10 min later to mine. I refused to drink it. I am so appalled at this place and this server that I will never return. The staff clearly doesn't care. Every time we come the wings are dry and cold, barely get refills, and the service is terrible. Staff has no idea what the daily deals/specials are, and am constantly overpriced for their mistakes. Charged for extra sauce etc. when they send out poor quality food. When attending for sporting events the staff is always trying to push you out, we were asked if they could bring the check maybe 10 minutes into our meal. She could see me using bar napkins.... come on! Later after my drink was empty for a quite a while ... 5 minutes or so, would you like another? Yes please! Still no lime and this time no offer for a lime! Good grief! She grabbed some unused napkins near me that had some very strong smelling onions in them spilling some on the bar next to me and left them the rest of the time i was here! Strong smelling!! I had the Avocado Burger and the burger itself was flatter than a pancake, looked as if it had been on the grill for hours, dryer than dry, crispy with a horrible taste. They have unexpectedly ended curbside service for takeout orders without notice. To make matters worse if you are trying to social distance, they have a busy waiting area filled with people both waiting to be seated and waiting for takeout orders. Keeping your distance from others was virtually impossible just to pick up a takeout order. This is unacceptable and I will not be going back there anytime soon. read more

I've dined in here multiple times and it's always been okay at best, the servers here really do not care that you're there or if you need anything. It takes forever. So I ordered delivery through their website so skip the lack of customer service, I live literally 4 minutes away. Says it'll be here within 30 minutes, perfect. An hour and fifteen minutes passes and it arrived, the ticket stuck on the bag has my receipt with the correct order but the food in the bag is NOT mine. I call the restaurant and they say since it was delived by DoorDash that they can't do anything for me. I ordered through the actual Buffalo Wild Wings website, I never got the DD drivers name or phone number. I call the DD customer service, they tell me it's the restaurant who will give me the refund. I call BWW back and they put me on "hold" where I can hear them talking crap about me in the background for being so picky.. umm.. okay. Great. And then I get hung up on. They probably realized that I wasn't actually on hold and got scared. Called BWW corporate customer service line and now it FINALLY looks like I'll be getting a refund after over an hour on the phones with these buffoons. And yes, the customer service rep did in fact tell me that it is up to the store to give me my refund in the first place. Real nice. read more
