I love my BWWs! As usual, service is the same practically any location I've gone to. This day it just so happened to be a College Football night so it was a lot more packed than usual. We got sat down within 10 minutes of arriving but the person assigned to be our waiter forgot about us, lol. No big deal, it's beyond busy so we didn't complain. Eventually someone came to help us order our food and as expected, drinks and food came out slow but still hot! Place was very tidy despite the huge crowds as well as the restroom! I was shocked the staff was able to keep up a tidy appearance given the circumstances. The manager kept doing his rounds and making sure everyone was good - hard to see at most places! I'd definitely come back on a slower day because if the service was good on an extremely busy day, I can just imagine how great it'll be when there's no crowd. read more

I've jad BWW before but at another location by Chula Vista. Their food is fresh and delicious. Stepping into this BWW location I was met with disappointment. Service was quick however the food was stale and DRY. We ordered fries on the side and they were old and dry. How sad. Not even a good serving of fries. So much for my cravings being unmet. This BWW is located in the Otay Ranch town center, which is a wonderful outdoor retail center which is especially nice to walk around during the evening or on cooler days. This location is spacious and has a nice covered outdoor balcony. There are TVs everywhere and a nice audio system. I was there during a Padres game and it was a great place to watch. The food is standard buffalo wild wings and the kitchen does a good job. Unfortunately they are understaffed out front, especially the wait staff. As a result, service can be hit or miss and take a while. read more

So, i know I ordered during the National NCAA Football championship game, but i ordered at home and arrived and still waited 20 min for my food. and I don't mind waiting for fresh hot food. BUT, this was NONE of that. For my first experience ordering from BWW and it is apparent to me that it is a BAD IDEA. they have a built in entrance for TO GO orders and designated people to manage a register for TO GO orders, but what a HORRIBLE experience. My fries were barely luke warm when I got home, the lemon pepper wings were so over cooked and dried out you would think they wouldve been extremely HOT, but NOPE luke warm too and dried out like beef jerky or year old saltines crackers. and why would you serve a dry rub lemon pepper wing without butter? The Honey garlic wings had a flavor worthy of 4 stars but the wings were just like the lemon pepper, luke warm, dried out and over cooked. Lets talk onion rings, the best thing we ate, but unfortunately they were luke warm too. As i received my order I asked do your carrots and celery come with ranch dressing and i got a definite YES, but nope not in the bag and the rest of their sauces all kept in the Fridge and sent to go cold with luke warm wings. Lets talk veggies, celery is what it is, but ironically stringy, carrots normally are the mini carrots we can all buy from the grocery store, but EVERY TIME ive ordered carrots they are at a minimum cut in half, not here they are whole right out of the bag as if they need more time to serve luke warm food. I want to be very clear that the problem here is not the workers. During my visit, the staff was clearly working hard under a lot of pressure and doing their best during a very busy rush. Unfortunately, the issue was management. While orders were backing up and customers were waiting, the manager was not helping the team or stepping in to support them. Instead, he appeared disengaged and was laughing while employees were struggling to keep up, which directly contributed to delays. Good management is especially important during peak hours, and in this case it was lacking. The workers deserve better leadership, and customers deserve smoother service. I went in at 10pm with my boyfriend and I was waiting for someone to come and give us a table. The restaurant was DEAD maybe a couple tables. There were two employees who saw us and never approached us, which is fine because they aren't hostesses but would it kill them to go and get someone to help? Picked up 20 pc wings and asked for them to be extra wet. After examining we received what is in pic/video. We pointed out that wings were not extra wet. Extra wet refers to each wing having extra sauce, not extra sauce on the box and SOME of the wings. If extra wet they would be evenly coated. The fact that they weren't means they put some wings that had been sitting for a while in the microwave reheated and poured some fresh sauce over them. Paying too much for this. Strayed away from our normal wing spot because this place was closer. We came on Thursday for their BOGO boneless wings. The food took 45 minutes to come out, and the boneless wings were so dry- most literally had no sauce on them. We ordered the pretzel knots and the cheese and honey mustard seemed like they were sitting there forever as they had a dried layer on top. If you order in the app they don't pay attention to your customizations for sides. I asked for 3 ranches and 1 carrot (max limit 4). They gave me one ranch with celery and carrots. I usually enjoy going to buffalo wild wings but today they just messed up my whole order not once but twice do not order their sandwiches because they're nasty. They give you such a little bit of meat when I wasn't satisfied with their sandwich I ordered the Caesar salad, I told them light on the lemon pepper seasoning,They thought it would be funny and added extra lemon pepper sea and then when I asked for them to replace my salad, they ended up giving me a salad with nothing on it just lettuce. My relationship with BWW is a rollercoaster, but ever since the pandemic, it has only been going up. One of my major issues with this place was the service. They were inattentive, slow, and lacked customer service-- it was pretty terrible. I think that now since I have been able to avoid that (aside from when I pickup orders or have to speak to someone on the phone), their food as the main focus always hits the spot. Because of all of the UFC fights, my sister and I love to eat wings. The first time we had ordered BWW in a while was last year because of their 20/20 meal promotion, something of the sort. It was basically 20 boneless + 20 traditional + fries + carrots/celery. We all liked the food a lot! More recently, my sister and I (+ our family and/or boyfriends) have been doing some variation of this meal, which is 15/15, 20/20, 30/30, you get the picture. These meals always come with fries and veggies. We like to call in our order because we like to ask for all flats and well done/extra crispy fries. Sometimes we even had their smoked brisket bbq burger, which is hearty and tasty. Top flavors: jammin jalapeño (the boneless version is extra bomb for this specific flavor because all of the sauce) and lemon pepper.
