I ended up being the only one who signed up for that afternoon so I got a one on one session with the instructor. We did the class in the vineyard on a beautiful summer day! The instructor played music and was accommodating to my specific needs and answered all my questions! After the class I was so hot from being in the sun I went straight into the winery which had just opened! With the class I got a free glass of wine so I got to choose from several options. I decided to also do a wine flight because the wine was so good and I still needed to cool down. The staff inside also suggested that I try the pizza next door so of course I did! You can order online and then you get a text when it's ready. Once it was ready I took my flight outside to a table and then grabbed my pizza from next door. The pizza was great and so was the wine! I definitely recommend this place for a chill date, or even a gathering with friends.

The interior was super cute, and the space was much larger than we expected. I ordered the red wine flight while my friend chose the white flight. The reds were unique but delicious! We also split a charcuterie board, which had the perfect variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, and accompaniments to pair with the wines. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help us find wines we'd enjoy. There was also plenty of easy street parking just around the block. We'd definitely come back!

Enjoyed the wine flight options and the tasting experience and info about wine. Feels clean, bright, and new, and the bathroom is nice. There's a room in back they activate for events. There was a small vendor sale in there. They also have cute merch, jewelry, and goods for sale. They're on the higher price end. They offer free coffee from the Nespresso machine which is a nice touch. They have their own wine shop next door that is kind of expensive. Buying a bottle in the winery and corking it to go is a more affordable option if you plan to drink it right away.

The wine tasting is $6 and you taste 6 different wines. They start off with two White, then one pink, and then three red wines. There was also a "bonus" wine you get and it's a hot version. I can't say much else, since I don't usually choose to drink wine. The wine on the taste test ranged from $17-$20 a bottle. They also give a free bottle if you buy four of them. On the side you can taste the different types of malt vinegar and olive oils they have. This was by far a far more interesting thing to me. There was a flavor "Blackberry Ginger" that just rocked my socks off. I didn't buy a bottle, but I should have.

It was a very warm day so thankful for the numerous umbrellas and covered patio. Directions are not clear when entering the food and drink area. The drink area had a modest line but nowhere to see a menu. They have a large digital screen menu but it is not in view when waiting to place your order. There was only one person working the cash register which was stressful for her. The drinks came out quick!! Food prices are high for what you get so we opted to not order from the menu. My husband went in the wine shop to grab a couple bags of chips and he stood there forever with no one offering assistance. Many staff walked right by him, looked at him and again no assistance. He was gone from the table for 20 minutes to simply buy a bag of chips. They had live music on the patio which was so nice but the volume was so loud, we finally understood why everyone was seated at the back of the patio. Sovereign has a large array of seating and special event areas. Covered cabanas, dining rooms and gorgeous grounds to walk.
