I mentioned twice to him my daughter had walking pneumonia and the symptoms were pretty similar. The Pa said just have her hydrate and rest and he would call me later. I never heard back from him. Monday morning my daughter's pediatrician office called to ask how she was doing because they saw the report. I said she wasn't and they had her come in. After listening to her lungs and looking at the xray report she diagnosed her with walking pneumonia and gave her an antibiotic. I've called three times to speak to a clinic manager and had to leave messages because she seems to be off most days. That my daughter had to be sick for 2 extra days because there was no through makes me extremely unhappy.

I handed them a records release form and informed them that I already had an appointment with another Endo. I was home from that appointment for less than 2 hours and UBMD Endo called me and said that I had 'forgotten' to schedule the follow-up appointment. Um, no. I *told* you I was going elsewhere and would not be scheduling the appointment. Then *a different* person called me not even a full hour after that, and said that *they* forgot to schedule my follow-up. I had to tell that person, too, that I was not coming back there ever again. Good riddance. Please do not go here, ever. They're awful.

You are assigned an intern so they can practice on you before becoming a real healthcare professional. I have an extremely complex history. When intern introduced I said "NO! I have a complex history and an intern not appropriate!" They wanted to argue and I keep showing my list of diagnosed condition. I had 30 diagnosed conditions at that point and now 34! I left that appointment with blood boiling. Then the real fun started. I got notification that my health record had been uploaded. I have a lot going on and want to make sure correct. 80% of entered data was completely incorrect. They conflated current data with historical data, created conditions I did not have and left off ones I do and made a nonsensical health record. After MANY phone calls and portal messages they just made it worse! On top of all this you cannot contact "Dr of record" in portal. I had to do a browser search on her name, find her on UB Med school site and get her phone and email. I phoned and emailed and she refused to respond! I then went on to General Physians PC in May 2024. MUCH better practice. Children playing hospital do a much more admirable job of it!!

The best quality about this medical centre is the resident family physician. She knows you and your family by name. She listens and tries to understand where her patient is coming from. She suggests options and promptly provides referrals to specialists as needed. She puts a cap on her client list so this clinic isn't like other medical centres which feels like a long queue to a box office movie. Best of all, she'd always opt for natural methods of wellness and will only resort to prescription meds as a last resort. This clinic had a pharmacy. There's also a huge private parking lot.
