This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered. We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!

The owner is super congenial. He grew up less than a block away. His shop is eight years old but he's not on Facebook yet. So he needs a little help becoming more visible perhaps. Once we found the cheese we wanted to buy, we asked the attendant for some forks since we wanted to eat the cheese as we walked around the neighborhood. She quickly realized that was our intention and arranged our cheese in a to-go box instead of just the bag that the cheese came in. This was so nice of her and it was much appreciated as we got to enjoy our cheese right away while we strolled through the streets.
