AAA sent out this company and unfortunately their trucks leaked and refused clean it up. They did not call me as AAA said they would, I emailed them and when I finally spoke to their team they were rude, and hung up. I would not recommend this company. I'm stuck to deal with my HOA and clean up! I'll seek legal action. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company due to extremely poor customer service. When I called simply trying to find out where my car had been taken with my State Farm Claim on the phone, the agent I spoke with (I believe his name was Jay) was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Instead of providing basic information or guidance, he spoke to me unprofessionally, cursed at me and asked me to stop calling the business. I even asked him if he was having a bad day and he stated "I'm not having a bad day, I have my car, you're having a bad day and I'm about to hang up on you." Being without your vehicle is already stressful, and the lack of empathy and cooperation made the situation even worse. I expected at least basic courtesy and support, but unfortunately that was not the case. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. This is a tow company that State Farm dispatched to me but if you have the choice, don't choose them! read more

I used my insurance who sent them. He arrived, was professional and took care of me. They checked on my while I waited and I received several updates throughout the process. read more

If I can give this 0 stars I would the person Jay is very very rude. State farm needs to drop this company ASAP! Very unprofessional!! I got Jay number from the tow truck driver and he gave me his personal cell which I didn't know at the time and when I called he would not let me explain anything and proceeded to be rude and says he's gonna block me and hang up. I found the business number called and he answered the phone and another insurance company was trying to get my car he would not let them and I was trying to explain to him that I'm going through that insurance he threatened to call the police on the guy. This man Jay is very rude and if this ever happens again I'm telling State Farm not to use this disgu distasteful excuse of a business read more

Horrible customer service!!! Company does not answer the phone!! Changed arrival time 3 times, then said they were an hour away. Driver called and hour later and asked what did I need. I requested towing at 9:50. I was provided with an ETA of 11:11. No one showed nor did they care to update me on the ETA. When I called to get an ETA, the dispatcher hung up. Called back, no answer. Called back from a different number. He stated that he told me to hold. He proceeded to provide me with an ETA of an hour and 30 minutes. When asked when did they plan to update me, he hung up once more. read more

I was greeted by Sam with a tow truck when I was stranded in Jackson GA. He and Kia the dispatcher worked together as a team to make sure I was safe, warm and my car was towed to a shop that could assist. They were professional and compassionate and I am grateful for the service I received. Nobody wants to me stranded with a broken down car, but this is who you want if and when it happens! read more

I hardly am one to write reviews to discredit companies, but I am compelled to write one so that anyone looking for a reliable towing company will steer far from this one. Hired through State Farm's roadside assistance to tow my car to a tire shop and the tow driver's inability to hand my keys to the shop's technician has led to my expensive key fob being stolen or lost. All he had to do was give the key to the technician when it was asked for, instead of putting my fob on the counter irresponsibly. I'm changing insurance companies because they allowed the company who handles their roadside assistance program to hire such an incompetent and poorly vetted towing company. I wish I could leave this company zero stars. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Requested a tow through my insurance company at 3:20, its 6:25 and still no one has arrived. The ETA has been changed three times an still nobody showed up. They wouldn't even answer the phone for the insurance company so do yourself a favor and call someone else. Communication goes a long way with people. read more

If I could give a minus 100 I would. Someone very nice (hispanic guy) extremely professional, was great. However, I decided to keep his card and use him and share the information with all of my coworkers (that card is coming down as soon as I walk in the building next week). I called to get pricing and a young black guy answered. I asked a simple question about pricing (do you do mileage based on shortest route or longest route or does it all depend on traffic, like if there is an accident), he didn't even let me finish the question, said I was rude and to never call back. I tried to explain my budget is very tight and that matters for me in regarding to having the money. He hung up on me again. I called back and the same thing. I am reporting this to BBB because to disrespect someone with a legit question is crazy. I will NEVER use them ever. I have contacted AAA as well and told them to check on the ratings prior to using them again. read more

Budget Towing USA picked up the tow request from my insurance company. Said it'd be 25-65 minutes. I had intended to stay with the car but had to use the restroom. A friend came and got me so I could. I called the company to let them know. They asked me to leave the keys ar the vehicle. I did. After using the bathroom and running an errand with my friend, I returned to my vehicle. The 65 minutes has come and gone. I called the company to get an update. The dispatch rep said it would be another hour. I asked why? He remembered me and said "didn't you leave the keys at the car?" I said, "yes, but I didn't realize that would change your ETA." At which point he said some things about being busy, not arguing with customers, Henry county traffic and hung up. I made some other calls, asked my friend to help me take my child to work, and called back. I thought maybe that wasn't intentional? I called back and discovered it was intentional. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said he was the owner! He said he'd meant to hang up on me and he was cancelling the job. Good thing, too, it was reassigned and the new tow company came within 30 minutes. They were super nice. Morale of the story: AVOID THIS COMPANY. 0 stars read more

Jeremi provided excellent service. I had a flat tire and contacted AAA. Jeremi was at my house within 30 minutes. He added enough air to my tire for me to drive to my nearest tire repair store and also followed behind me to ensure that I had no additional problems on the way. I appreciate his professionalism and promptness. I would definitely recommend using his service. read more

if I could give one star I would. I had a flat tire and did not have a spare. Requested a tow through progressive roadside. the driver called me after waiting 45 minutes and he said he would be there in 45 minute. I waited an hour and called the driver back he didn't answer so I called the company. they said the driver was in route but was on another call and would be there shortly. I informed the dispatch guy that he had called over an hour ago and told me he was on his way and was 45 minutes out. he then copped an attitude and said that he was on another call. the driver then called back and said his dispatch to my location was cancelled and I needed to call the company. I waited over 3 hours on the side of I 75 for a tow truck and they never showed but still took my money from me. worst experience from a towing company I have ever received. I ended up having to pay some else to come tow my vehicle. this place has the worst customer service ever and never even showed up, and they were rude as hell. read more

I requested Towing through AAA since 10:00 this morning . AAA called me to say the driver was on his way to me. Got an ETA text for 10.20am. I waited patiently for the towing to arrive . No call from the driver no text from the driver no kind of communication . I start getting taxes after I called AAA again saying that they have heavy demand and they will reach out to me when the drive is on the way . How the hell the driver was on the way since 10:20a.m. which was supposed to have been 15 minutes to 11:50 a.m. this is ridiculous. When I found out who the company was that was supposed to be coming I called over at budget I spoke to their dispatch. First he answered the phone you can hardly hear him he spoke as if he did not want to be bothered.which is very rude!! if you did not want to be to work then don't come!!. I said to him I can't hear you can you please speak up then he said to me what can I help you with in a rude way . I told him my vehicle and what the problem was, how long they had me waiting and I haven't heard from the driver or anything.what's going on?. He was so rude to me and said you sound belligerent to me you sound like you'll be a danger to my drivers . Really?? . With this kind of behavior and the kind of services this company gives I don't see why anybody would use them . I fault AAA for using them. look at their reviews on every website you'll see their reviews are very poor they are liars and they're rude and they don't care! nobody have to deal with this kind of behavior this is bad business . Please do not use Budget Towing if you really need Towing . DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT conduct business with this company. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! I called around 3:45 pm to see what time could I come clear out my car before my insurance company picks it up. The guy stated they don't have regular hours of operation and they have time slots like 3:00 to 3:30 or 8:00 to 8:30. I said ok cool what's the latest I can come today. He stated the same exact thing, got mad and hung up. I called back and asked did the phone get disconnected, the guy stated he is not going to repeat himself, he runs a private lot and I'm not welcomed on his property. This company is the worst!!!! I ordered a tow thru my triple A membership, and this company must contract through them. Long story short, I had a pair of headphones that I know was in the front passenger seat of the vehicle at the time of transfer. Not saying the driver stole them, I was not in the car or the tow truck during transport. However they where no where to be found after he dropped off my vehicle. I know that you can go into the FIND MY app and try to locate the device, but when I do so.... the location is "UNKOWN" which is short for, "SOMEONE RESET YO SH#@" so what does 1+1= it equals, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR POSSESIONS, unless you don't mind sharing #worstcustomerserviceever, #BBB, #AAA read more

DO NOT & I REPEAT " DO NOT DO BUSINESS THIS IS COMPANY!!!!""". this company was the worst. we got a flat off of 75. they took almost 2 hours to show up and change tire. This is the WORST business I have ever encountered! When he towed my car he left a burnt mark on my driveway and I wanted to know what could be done about it. I asked for his name and he ignored me, when I asked again he hung up on me. When I called him back he told me I was harassing him, he was recording me and kept talking over me where I couldn't ask ques. I asked him to speak to a manager, "because you have to be at the bottom, talking to customers like this" And he told me that me that my mom was on the bottom. I for sure lost it. I have never!!!!! I will be leaving a review on the BBB site, even though it may not matter since he has a D rating. I have spoken to my insurance company as well about taking him off the preferred towing list as well. I love supporting small business and especially black owned, but this....this was not it. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The most unprofessional, rude employee I have ever come across. My insurance company used them for Roadside Assist. We waited 4.5 hours for towing, after first being texted that the estimated time was 60 minutes. Then update to another 60 min. After hour 3, we called. We were basically told that they would get there when they get there and Not to call again tying up his phone. He then hung up on us. Unfortunely, he knew that we would wait after already waiting so long. Next time I will quickly look at reviews before calling for reviews. I never wish for companies to fail, but this one deserves to go out of business. read more

My State Farm roadside assistance called this colossal failure of a business to tow my vehicle to the location where work would be done. Per my request I had asked that it be taken tonight however, they wanted to leave it at their impound lot over night and take it in the morning. Fortunately Triple C Towing stepped up and was able to get my car towed. Do not use this business they suck! read more

I used my insurance and the tow company showed up within an hour. Im grateful that I had a good experience in such a troubling moment.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Jamal W was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The way I came across this company is through my insurance company. They were very quick to respond now I see why because they have no other customers. The message that I received from my insurance company stated that the cost would be $7 after 15 miles the place is 17 miles from my house, it also stated that I could pay with cash or card. Jamal called me and told me that my balance is $49 and they needed payment before they could drop my car off. I asked for an explanation of the price he proceeded to get smart with me I told him that I don't have a problem making the payment I just needed clarification on the price because the place was 17 miles from my house. Well the jerk continued to get smart with me and told me that he will have my car taken back to my home and hung up the phone on me. He then called my insurance company and told them that I refused to pay, which was not true. I explained to the rep from my insurance company what took place. She then put us on the line together Jamal and I and explained to him my questions and concerns this very unprofessional man proceeded to say I explained that to her and she know why she is being charged $49.00 I was then informed that they could impound my car for me not paying $49.00... lol I paid the $49.00 that was never the problem I wanted an explanation as to why it was $49.00 that's all but Jamal W found it easier to be nasty and make threats. I hope he finds a job that is suitable for his attitude. Please don't use this company. Customer Service is not top priority here, so how can you trust them with your car? He told me his name was Jay but on the receipt it Jamal W I wish I could leave a zero read more

My ETA was 50 min. and went to 62 min. After 70 min., another 60 min. was added to my ETA. I called and the dispatcher was very disrespectful. Their customer service is horrible! I went with another company. I write a honest review on Google about the customer service of the dispatcher I spoke with. The company replied saying I threatened the dispatcher and the driver (that I never spoke to or seen) with a firearm. The service was cancelled, the driver never made it to the vehicle and the next company arrived within 30 min. There's no way I threatened the driver with a firearm because he never arrived due to the service being cancelled. This is how the company does business with lies. I only spoke with two companies about getting a tow. This was the 1st company I spoke with and the other company picked up the vehicle with no problem.
