I was visiting the area for a nice getaway at a cabin and vineyard with my girlfiend and another a…read morecouple, so I called them to arrange a pick up and drop off. They let me know that I had to text an address, pickup and drop off to their system so they would get us. At the time when we were supposed to get picked up, I called the taxi number and they told me that due to prior commitments they would now be 30 minutes late which would force us to miss our winery tour. I insisted they call another driver to get us, and after not hearing back for 20 minutes I called back. She made me aware that she had sent another driver to get us. He arrives (finally) AN HOUR later than our original pick up time. Thankfully, the vineyard worked with us and we ended up being able to take a later tour, but to get back from the winery was a whole other issue. Both the driver and the company advised we call with an hours notice to ensure a pickup. I called at 4 PM to get picked up - to both the driver and the company - neither of which picked up. I texted both as well to which I never got a response. After the tour ended at 4:30, I called and texted again, left voicemails and of course - no response. We were stranded at the vineyard and had to call 5 other cab companies and thankfully found one. If it were not for Karen's Taxi (a much better run company with good service) we would've been stranded there until we could've convinced an employee to take us home. Karen finally arrived at 6 PM. Do not ever trust this company with transporting you anyways. They are very unreliable and down right rude.
