NEVER AGAIN!!! Had made a reservation for a large size SUV but since I'm paying with a debit I just…read morewant to make sure I'm good to go so I went ahead and call Enterprise customer service a day or two after I made the reservation to get clearance for paying with a debit card and I was told word for word that I'm good to pay with a debit as long as the card linked to an actual bank account, so that's that. About roughly 2 weeks went by and literally 2 days before pick up I got a call to confirmed the date and time of pick up and what not and I asked again about the debit card payment and was told that I CANNOT pay with a debit card for those type of vehicles which I was told something else totally different weeks prior. So I ask what is the largest vehicle that would take a debit card for payment they said the highest will be a Standard SUV, so I wasn't going to keep on going back and forth so I said fine I'll do the standard SUV. Mind you I call like 3-4 times before pick up and they never once correct my reservation from a large SUV to a standard SUV until the day of my pick up when I have to call to the airport to see their availability and that's when one of the nice lady there updated my reservation and gave me the new total amount. Then it's time for pick up I show up at the rental place to find out there's no cars available and they trying to push me off to a truck because they don't have a standard SUV available. I told them I don't want no truck cuz if I wanted a truck i can reserved for a truck but I didn't. I wanted a SUV because of the cover trunk instead of a truck bed. They then tells me they can try and pushed back the pick up time to 1:30 and see if there's anymore return (which they don't know for sure if there's any). I was like whatever and walk away because at that point I was beyond aggravated. Then 1:15 come around I call back to check in and still nothing, they done wasted half of my day and not at any point trying to accommodate me with anything since it's their fault for giving me the wrong info (about the debit card payment) and their fault for not having a vehicle by the time of pick up and their lack of integrity. I'm just over with it so I told them to just canceled the reservation. I won't be recommending Enterprise to anyone and no longer want to be apart of their Enterprise plus member. Done and over with.

BEWARE OF SCAMMING‼ I was given a rental Nissan Altima after…read morea car accident earlier this month. Since my vehicle was totaled, I had to extend the rental for an additional couple of days at my own expense. My mistake was not looking at the roof of the vehicle that I was lend. Apparently there was a dent (the type that can be EASILY fixed with a plunger and hot water LOL) prior to my usage (or maybe even after). Next thing I know, Im being held accountable for the "damage" and $2000 was taken out of my account. Of course I'm fighting this fraudulent transaction, but please beware of suspicious activity going on in this location. Don't be misled by friendly customer service, they will take advantage. Also, clerk was a little too happy that I was using a credit card for the security deposit. Didn't think much of it but now I see it was a red flag. If you are given a Nissan Altima, there is a dent on top that totally blends in with the car frame. Stay blessed!

My husband was informed that they only had SUVs & no cars. He asked about a government rate, which was higher than originally quoted? That is strange. My husband went online and it said he could rent a car so he called the guy back & said that the internet said there was something available. The guy was extremely rude telling him "I don't care what the internet says". So basically this place seems like a scam, online it says one thing but you show up & according to the person working there what we want is not available & have to pay more. The old bait & switch.
