Rented in 2016 and again last week. Great customer service from the rep on the phone to the driver that dropped off and picked back up. So worth the price of the rental instead of trying to haul off yourself. Will use the service again next time we need to clean out. read more

I ordered a 30 yd dumpster. They deliver a 20. I call to report the issue (Day #1) We agree to swap the 20 with a 10 yd two days later (day #3) so I could finish filling the 20 yd. They pick it up the next morning before I could return (9a Day #2) call to report the second error and get offered a $30 credit. They messed up twice and they think charging me $505 to have the wrong sized dumpster (for less than 24 hours and not filled) plus the full ten yd dumpster made us whole. I don't agree. I didn't get the 30 yds I paid for. They refused to provide an additional 10 yd dumpster to make up for their errors nor could I talk to anyone higher. I do not recommend at all. read more

I needed a dumpster and Budget dumpster was by far cheaper than Trash Gurl. Budget was ontime and reasonable when I had to go over by 2 days. Great experience. Will use them again. read more

I explained to the dumpster booker my driveway and what type of truck would fit / be able to leave a dumpster on my property. They said they could do it, they looked at photos of the property and assured me they could deliver a dumpster with no problem... the truck shows up and could not deliver the dumpster. Instead of refund me the money for a service they couldn't deliver, they scammed me and only gave me a partial refund... do not rent from them. They are dishonest scammers. This company is the worst... They are incompetent, unprofessional, and inefficient.!!! The first time, we ordered a 20 yards dumpster, after promising a next day delivery... and countless of calls... someone told us the delivery would be impossible, that someone will call back. No one ever called, they don't have managers o supervisor available for customers, and the customer service reps hung up on you when they run out of explanations. At that point we didn't even know when we'd have the dumpster, we had to pay people to remove the debris from the sidewalk ( on top of what what already HAD PAID FOR THE DUMPSTER) We called again and updated the order, decided we wanted a 30 yard instead and paid the $425. WE FINALLY GOT THE DELIVERY and guess what? THEY SCREWED THE ORDER AND DELIVERED THE WRONG SIZE, Called again to ask how they would fix it...and the answer was.. "If you wanna talk to a supervisor you need to wait between 24 to 48 hours for someone to call you" and you need to wait for the investigation team to find out why we delivered the wrong dumpster. I asked for some sort of compensation and the answer was " we can give you a $30 credit" NOW IM STUCK WITH A USELESS DUMPSTER, AND WITH A TRASHY AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE... got my dumpster couple days after I called they were really nice and helpful on the phone explained everything plus sent email with same information I emailed to have dumpster picked up and received answer within hour. i will be using this company again if I ever need a dumpster and I'll refer them if my friends need one. read more

These guys were great. Friendly and professional over the phone. Very clear contract regarding their policies (i.e., what is okay to put in the dumpster and what is not. Delivery was perfectly timed, and the dumpster was place exactly where we requested. Pickup was prompt and smooth. We will definitely be using this company in the future. Very satisfied! read more

I would have given them 5 but the customer service on day of delivery wasn't great. Order was fast and easy and so was the pick up and team couldn't have been nicer. On hiccup was the dispatch Epple on the day of. Either not well trained or not helpful. Not sure which. read more
