They damaged the wall in my apartment and then when I brought it up with management they asked to see pictures. I sent them the pictures of the damaged wall several times, via email, and I was told that they never got them so they didn't reimburse me the $900 from the damage their workers did to my wall. The workers were sooooo unprofessional and didn't even know how to properly pack my unit!
