They worked on it almost every year and they still could fix the problem...Said they order the parts to fix the problem...That never happened! The owner "Dan" was going to come by and have a look...He didn't show. Then they sent us an invoice for work that was not completed and were going to send us to collections if we didn't pay it...Unbelievable! Don't shop there!

Months of inaction and no response to messages, calls, emails or questions. Frustrating follow-up. They did not show up on the days they were supposed to, the owner was unreachable, and the staff in the office had no idea where their installers were. Installers left holes in the floor and marks on various things. There was minor damage to some of our things and home and a lot of cleanup once they left. There was no follow-up service and check-ins to see how things were going. It made the entire process stressful and uncomfortable for my family. I was given no instructions on preventative maintenance, etc. The system needs to be regularly cleaned out, and I had no idea until I researched how to do it. There should have been a tutorial or some instruction on it. I felt we were an inconvenience to the company; they just wanted to finish the job and leave. After the fact, the number of negative reviews I've seen is entirely justifiable based on my experience. I was disappointed with the poor service, quality, value and communication, unfortunately.

Had gotten 3 quotes and All Pro beat all 3. The guys who came out to install our furnace and hot water tank were wonderful. They left the basement cleaner than when they came in. The office staff was super helpful and quick to help when I had questions about my rebate. I had a small issue after the furnace was put in and they continue to follow up with me even though I have cancelled due to work / family issues. I highly recommend this company!! You will not be disappointed.

One of their helpers got their van stuck in my lawn, and instead of pushing them out, the plumber just stood their watching amused as the helper spun their tires, tearing up my lawn. I had to start to push the helpers van out myself before the plumber thought to lend a hand. Poor service with zero apology or attempt to make it right. And to top it off, you cannot trust their estimates. Call literally anyone else.
