Simply terrible! I contacted this company, which is really…read moreone person (Bill) to fix my stairway house in Langley, BC in 2018. He asked me to send him photos of my stairway which I did. I followed up endless times and never heard back from him. August 2019: Bill texted me that he was in the store and asked me what type of glass I needed!!!!
