Or just to read or chill in between shopping in Worcester. It's gone through some changes the past few years and now has a good vibe, a cool place to hang out. There's always a good selection of papers and magazines plus a book shelf of various books to read. This was my favourite Independant coffee shop while I lived in Worcester and still is when I visit friends. But if your going to visit it's always busy and very popular with the locals especially first thing in the morning for some yummy Eggs Benedict or just a pastry and for an Independant the coffee is actually in my opinion better than any franchise. The Lunch is also great, nothing too extravagant and some great sandwiches. The photos that have been posted don't do it justice but if your passing through Worcester try for yourself.

I liked the look of the breakfast when it arrived, everything was fresh and well cooked, but being down south it meant no tottie scones were served, and a breakfast without isn't a breakfast. My cod 'n chips looked good, but the taste was that of frozen cod in breadcrumbs, hard frozen peas and the usual run of the mill bog standard chips you get in most eating establishments, all in all though the food serverd it's purpose and the staff were pleasant enough. I just wish I had chosen something else. I would go there again, but take my time reading over the menu the next time.

After refurbishment, the place has only gotten better, the star of the show, in my eyes, is the pizza. With it being part of its logo, I expected a great deal. I was not disappointed. The pizza is delicious, bursting with flavour. The calm blue tones make the restaurant seem more homely, and the pizza oven give a rustic feel. The only negative I have is the ice cream machine, and due to the high volume of children, I have seen it be misused by the children. although this personally has had no effect on the whole experience for me.
