I called and asked to speak to the owner over a week ago and he can't be bothered. The worst experience was when I called to cancel my life insurance. I believe Miranda was who I bought the policy from and when I called to cancel she demanded to know why I was cancelling. The reason was because the company I work for offered a better option but as I told her " unless you pay my bills it's really none of your business" She then went on to berate me and called me a bad mother for cancelling my policy. ' How can you do this to your daughter" I was in tears I was so upset but I did let her know that my daughter is an adult making over 6 figures so I think she will be just fine. There is NOTHING like word of mouth and I will be sure to share my experience with you company.

My representative there has been Staci McGowan who has always done a fabulous job at finding the right policies that fit my needs as I grow and my material needs have expanded. Currently I have my homeowners and my automobile insurance through Ron McCleave's office and could not be happier. The rates are very affordable and they beat the competition on their premiums. Up until recently I have never had to file a claim with them until a month ago when my basement flooded. I picked up the phone and gave Staci a call who was more than happy to set up my claim and handle getting a mitigation crew and construction crew over to my house in a quick manner. The claim process so far is going very smoothly unlike that of other insurance companies who drag out the claim process and take months to get back in touch with you.
