Walking to Sparrow & Wolf and noticed this on the way so decided to pop in here…read more I appreciate the friendly staff answering questions and describing the different strains and products. They also offer deals if you buy things in bundles. Different kinds of edibles, bud strains, oils, and cartridges are all here; whatever type you need, you'll find it here. As a VIP, medical, and pickup patient, I wanted to bring a recent experience to your attention…read morebecause I genuinely believe it deserves your awareness. I have been a patient at this location for more than eight years. That kind of loyalty is earned, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I have continued choosing this dispensary over countless others because of the service and consistency I have received over the years. My interaction with Alfred fell well below the level of professionalism I expect from your brand. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he was dismissive, condescending, and lacked basic customer etiquette. Instead of educating a customer, he made me feel as though I was asking foolish questions. No customer, especially one who has remained loyal to the same location for over eight years, should leave feeling belittled. As someone who regularly reviews businesses, I know exceptional customer service is what creates loyal customers and positive word of mouth. Poor customer service has the opposite effect. After this experience, I understand why this location has accumulated so many negative reviews centered around customer interactions. One employee can have a significant impact on a business's reputation. Alfred's communication style is undermining the customer experience and, in my opinion, diminishing the reputation of your brand one interaction at a time. I am sharing this privately because I believe owners deserve the opportunity to address concerns before loyal customers simply stop returning or post public reviews. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit it is intended. Coaching on professionalism, customer etiquette, respectful communication, active listening, and de escalation would greatly improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I sincerely hope it leads to positive change because your loyal customers deserve the same level of respect that keeps them coming back year after year.

Such a warm welcoming experience visiting this place today! Operations Manager Jen was very helpful…read moreand accommodating. We received a brief tour of the location and the best gallery of pieces. We even lucked out meeting Jason Harris (Jerome Baker). Jen wrapped up our gift in a fire box which I thought was very nice. The pricing of all the art is very reasonable and you get quality! Our visit exceeded our expectations and although I will only buy JBD, everyone's help today and professionalism makes me want to go back. Like they implied when we walked in, it's home. Thank you!

Going to come back for more stuff later I bought my first bong the day I turned 18 in Venice Beach 2002, I still use it to today as a daily driver. Decided after discovering JBD was stationed in Las Vegas that I need to come get another bong and say hi to the best brand in glass. Got a tour of the blowing stations, art studio, and showroom. Awesome place, it was everything and more I could have asked for from a legacy brand from my youth. JBD XOXO Today was amazing, they made the day and a long time to come with our new bong

I will NEVER be coming back here…read more I bought the 2-for-$40 vape deal yesterday and got two of the exact same nicotine vapes I always buy. They were supposedly brand new, but both of them are awful. They barely hit, taste old and stale, and it honestly feels like there's little to no nicotine in them. I'm sitting here craving nicotine after hitting them over and over, which has NEVER happened with this brand before. What makes it even worse is the battery. I watched it drop from 99% to around 40% in an incredibly short amount of time after barely using it. I've only had it for ONE DAY, and I can literally watch the battery percentage disappear while I'm using it. That's not normal. I obviously can't prove they're counterfeit, but based on how they taste, how they hit, and how fast the battery dies, these honestly seem fake or seriously defective. I've bought this exact brand plenty of times from other smoke shops and have never had anything even remotely close to this experience. $40 completely wasted. I wouldn't trust buying vapes here, especially if you're expecting authentic, quality products. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere else.
