When I got in my car to head to work, I cranked the engine and heard a loud flapping noise. I…read moreturned the car off and found that the serpentine belt had been literally shredded. After hitching a ride with my fiance, I started looking for mechanics and towing services. I found Kernersville Towing & Sons and gave them a call. I explained that I was planning on having the car serviced at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. They then explained that they do all of Crossroads Ford's towing and, because of this, could get me towed to the mechanic for just $55. I felt like this was a great rate, so I accepted it. They said they could come by the next morning and pick up the car. I explained that, unfortunately, I would have to be at work around 7 AM. They then told me I could simply leave the key in a hidden place and they would be able to pick up the car without me being there. But, I don't trust people, so I said I'd prefer to not leave my key outside, albeit in a hidden location. Kernersville Towing was more than accommodating and suggested that I just go ahead and take the key to Crossroads Ford, leave it in their dropbox, and, provided I left the car in park with the emergency brake released, they would be able to pick up the car without my assistance in the morning. I agreed to this and, around 8:30 AM, I received a call stating that they had picked up my car and were on the way to the mechanic. It was a nice surprise to receive such an update. In addition, their relationship with Crossroads Ford allowed me to consolidate everything into one bill. It was quite convenient! In short, this is an extremely considerate company and they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely give them my business in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service!…read more Automotive Service Shop is hands-down the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I usually feel taken advantage of at auto shops--but not here. It was my first time there, but it honestly felt like I took my car to my best friends parents shop because of how well cared for I felt. Melanie and Eric treated me with respect, honesty, and patience, explaining everything clearly without making me feel dumb. After going to another mechanic twice this month with no real solution, they fixed the issue quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They didn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary services--just straightforward, honest advice. I've already recommended them to three people and will continue to send everyone I know their way. If you want a trustworthy, professional, and efficient mechanic, this is the place to go! 10/10 recommend!

I had to have a lot of the front of my Honda replaced, and part of the frame was pressing down onto one of my tires. I almost tried to finish getting to work when warning lights and loss of power steering came on. After all the trouble, having to miss work and stand in a field in the pitch black till 5am I had two body shops I called. First one acted like they didn't really want my business and said it would be a month or two out. 2nd shop I called, full force wanted my business and wanted my car. I got my car back right after a month and it looks brand new. Full force got my car back fully repaired within the same week I had to turn in the car rental my insurance agency helped me get. Adam at full force did right by me.
