But you don't go there for the laughs, although laughter is a tonic. Advice is freely given here and they are usually spot-on. Just recently I bought some plants there for a pebbled area and, well advised as usual, came away with some gorgeous colour, hopefully for years to come. It is close to me and I can always pop over for a single plant or container or a ball of garden twine. Maybe I am going just for that laugh! The well stocked centre is run by the COPE Foundation which provides a comprehensive range of services for 1600 children and adults with an intellectual disability.

They even have a Kids Summer Camp Cooking School. Called there the other morning and met two smiling ladies. Stated my requirements and they moved off confidently to get it. But, believe it or not, they didn't have it. I was told it was on order and would be there in a few days. I think they were more disappointed that I was. Still, I enjoyed my friendly visit. I have been there in the past and will be there in the future. They usually have what you want and provide their service with a smile and a chat.

He completely used this fact against me, the first thing he said when I presented the issue is "you broke it". He refused to fix it for free and insisted It was working before I purchased it. Clearly, the test procedure failed and he wouldn't admit it. The customer before me was similarly upset as he refused to repair his second hand purchase for free also. If you are going to purchase an item from this store prepare for an unpleasant transaction if anything goes amiss and take the "warranty" with a grain of salt.
