To my disappointment, the arrangement was nothing like what I choose from their website. I even specified I did not want substitutions. I ordered the Spring has Sprung (their best seller) arrangement and received a very cheap looking arrangement which they do not even list on their site, likely because no one would order it. My only guess is that since I placed the order and provided my out of town billing address they did not expect me to attend the service and see the cheap arrangement. I called the shop and was told that the shipment of planters did not arrive so they put something else together and sent it. Oh, and she meant to call me but forgot- very unlikely. Beware- you don't get what you pay for from this florist!
