IDIOT employees costing the store to loose revenue…read more I was at this store on Friday, August 8th, at 7:40 Pm. I pulled on the door, but it was locked. There was a rather large female employee fiddling with a box about 15 feet front the door. I pulled on it twice, she looked up at me and then snapped her head in the opposite direction, pretending she didn't see me... I RECORDED THAT on my phone. I also filmed the time on my Apple Watch. The employees locked the doors when they wanted to, instead of at the time determined by their operate office. I am going to track down who is in charge of these stores in Nevada and ensure they see my video.

So I found out about this store while researching what to do and where to stay/eat in Elko, NV. Upon entering the store I was pleased to find a nice variety of brands like Carhartt, Wrangler, Red Wing, Danner and my two favorites Filson and White's Boots. If you know anything about Filson and White's you will understand that finding a store with a good selection of these brands is hard because of the high price point. After trying on my fair share of Filson garments I was pleased to find that they were willing to offer a 5% discount on Filson items. 5% isn't much but hey a discount is a discount. I began to chat with the woman working there who ended up being the owner, Anita. As we chatted about a recent collaboration between Filson and Levi's she quickly brought up the another collaboration that Levi's did with Pendleton which was impressive to me when her closest Levi's store is 300 miles away in Reno, NV. All in all I had a great experience here and would recommend this spot to anyone who needs gear while in or around Elko.

I brought my vehicle in for the EPC LIGHT being ON…read more I went to check on the progress and they had my car in pieces on the floor they never asked for my consent to do this. and never they asked me or notified me to see if I would have been okay with it. Three weeks of my car being in pieces in their shop I called to see the progress and he said my car was garbage and he would reset my whole car so I would be able to trade my car in. He told me to get it fully fixed it would be over 7,000 dollars and he would charge me 700 dollars to get it to a dealership to trade in. .They did extra work on my vehicle without asking for my permission changing the oil the filter the coolant which my vehicle did not need because the month prior I had it in an audi dealership for all of that to be done. My poor vehicle was in the shop for over a month and still has the transmission light on. I told them how charging me 1,300 dollars for my vehicle that still had the transmission light on was overpriced. I can't drive my vehicle until my transmission light is resolved. So I honestly wouldn't go here if you have your vehicle light On Because I didn't want to pay so much he also told me how he would have the rights to my vehicle and I would have to pay what I owe on the vehicle and how he would get the title to my car. I felt like the thing I had to do was pay the ridiculous amount they came up with. GUYS, if your car goes on epc tow it to the dealership because they will treat you more professional and not like this! I know I am a female but to take advantage of people is not cool!
