Mine was missing one of the ponytail set and my receipt shows I paid for two. The sales rep only out one. Didn't think about checking it as you just want to get out coz it was too crowded. I found out that the same thing happened that day to one of my Tourmates. Unfortunately by the time we noticed it, we were in our coach to our next destination.
