Got three ( nice ) young men BUT sadly, they did NOT do a good job ( as you can see from tne attached photos ) They actually left one side of each piece uncovered/unwrapped then put THAT side on the BOTTOM of the dolly and DRAGGED it...damaging three pieces. I didn't realize I would need to tell/ show/explain to them how to do their job properly. They ONLY had about 12 pieces of furniture to move, and although not 'heirlooms', certainly, more care could of been taken. Owner comped me $75, saying he wasn't "sure" his guys did the damage Really? Three relatively new pieces ALL damaged on the UNWRAPPED portion discovered upon arrival at the new location? Also, was 'advised' by the owner Ben to pay for 3 workers, so that one would ALWAYS stay with the truck ( and stuff inside ) THAT was NOT the case, as they all worked together leaving the truck unattended in the parking bay. Really wanted to help support a new, local business, but I would NOT recommend using them.

However, after seeing the condition of my table once the move was complete, I can't recommend them for moving items of value. The table was already known to be fragile, but it was not handled with the care it required. A chipped mirror piece was left behind, which was disappointing. While they did bring proper equipment, it wasn't used as effectively as it should have been to protect the furniture.
