My boyfriend and I were sure that there was no way to extract the car without seriously messing it up, or thought we'd need another truck (which wouldn't be covered by AAA) but he maneuvered it perfectly, it was insane. No damage to the car besides some scratching on the front- which didn't come from him! I gave him a hug, and was ready to offer him my kidney if he needed it! So thankful. This man was a genius.

They false advertise and have hidden fees and charges to make it impossible for people to retrieve their vehicles. Access to the lot is restricted to less than working hours so it is even more difficult to reclaim your vehicle. They have agreed to send photos over the phone and then they never sent the photos. They offered a quote from one of their own employees, or friend of employees' at an outrageous rate. Do not trust Denny's just because you know the name. You don't want to know the service...

I then called big o tire from discount tires parking lot and spoke to the owner. I told him I was in a hurry to get out of town but needed a new tire. I told him what discount was trying to charge me and he said ridiculous come here instead and He quoted me a way cheaper deal same tire and got me in right away . I've been to big o tire three times since then and have bought 3 tires now. They actually care and help people . They do not try to rip you off or take advantage .
