This is a little Bavarian clothing store connected to the Platzl Hotel on Sparkassenstraße. This…read moreshop is amazing and has what I would assume to be very authentic and finely hand crafted Bavarian style clothing including mens lederhosen, belts, hats, shirts, vests and of course, those wonderful dirndls. Pretty much everything looks handmade. The nice woman working there has been there for years, is friendly and speaks pretty good English. After visiting this shop before but never buying anything, this year I finally got myself a nice Bavarian button down shirt which I love. I wanted to buy more but things are quote expensive here. If you are in the area, its worth a stop here.

This shop has amazing goods. We stopped here after much prior research since my sister is a…read moreseamstress and costume designer and wanted something very authentic (and was willing to pay for it). The store is smaller than many but packed with beautiful items. That is where the goodness ended for us. The two ladies working were rude and taciturn. They followed us closely, monitoring, watching like hawks. But did they inquire how they could help? Oh no. Not even when we expressed interest in knowing how the garments were laid out so we did not search through all of the racks. One grumbled when we asked to go up to the female section. Once there, the grumbling women physically stood in the way of a section, explaining that the items there were handmade and +$600. These were the ones that we were interested in based on our research; however, this woman just frowned and said that if we wanted to look, she would pull and handle the garment. It made it hard to look... especially since she was still in the way... We understand the delicacy of the materials and quality of construction. If you have a specific way that you want things handled, tell your customers... nicely. If we cannot see the section, we clearly won't be able to decide which garment to look at, and our unworthy fingers will never touch the dirndl to try on and buy. Feeling very unwelcome, we left empty handed and shelled out the cash at a worthier establishment.

It is (as every shop is in the Innenstadt) downright intolerably crowded on Saturdays and even most weekday evenings, crawling with bargain hunters and super hot and stuffy. That said, there are deals to be had -- we scored some bargains already and will be back (hopefully at calmer times) to see if the inventory is consistently good. Happy it's here, and hope it lasts!

A great place to rent your Oktoberfest gear as long as you reserve your outfit ahead of time - saw many people turned away because they didn't book online. The process to get our clothes was super easy, and they have a changing area so you can make sure you're ready for a day of drinking and singing. Shout out to Justin who went so far as to punch holes in my lederhosen to ensure it would be a good fit. Online it said we would need 100 Euro cash deposit, but they didn't ask that from us this time. Returning was an easy process too since they have a separate queue for people returning. Definitely recommend this to anyone coming for Oktoberfest who don't want to invest in clothing you probably won't wear much.

The staff provided friendly and quick service with Lederhosen fitting, pickup and return. On the one hand, a rental like this is pricey. The total cost was 130 euros. After 5 months the Pavlovic print fused together and is now unwearable. I contacted the fan shop and was told that if we dont have an invoice they cannot do anything. I sent them the bank statement, but that was not sufficient. It is outrageous that an original Bayern fan article, that is not fit for purpose will not be replaced. Sad but true.

It's easy to find and it's also on a very busy pedestrian shopping area, so expect it to be incredibly packed. There are three floors .. and most of the jerseys will be on the stop floor. You'll find pretty much everything you need if you're a FCB fan. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices were pretty decent. The only thing to bear in mind is you'll have to traverse up a pretty narrow set of stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors, but that's a minor issue unless you have trouble climbing stairs. The inventory is very good here. You'll find all your sizes without much effort and they had a pretty good deal on authentic jerseys when I visited recently. Again, if you're a Bayern Munich fan, this is your slice of team heaven in downtown Munch.
