The ahi tuna crostini was unique because of how tiny the cubes of avocado and tuna as well as the quality of the tuna... the light sauce capped it off, it was just fantastic. The second course was a goat cheese fresh spring salad. With strawberries. I forget the dressing but i don't like salads and I finished mine first. Third was a beef tenderloin with a special Demi glaze, Kahlúa green beans (amazing!) and Gouda mashed potatoes. Everything cooked to perfection. Final course was key lime pie with a homemade whipped cream. My aunt joined us as well and has been making key lime pies for 30+ years. She said it was better than any she had made. Can't forget the kids meal. He made fresh, yes FRESH crispy chicken tenders with Mac and cheese. We said she doesn't like too overwhelming flavors so he pulled back on some of the salt etc. I have never seen my daughter mow down mac and cheese that wasn't Annie's from a box. She was helpful in the weeks before the wedding and especially at the rehearsal and the entire day of. She went above and beyond, and I can't imagine trying to get through the day without her. I did the planning of the wedding myself, but since I arranged all of the decorations and timing myself, I really needed someone to keep track of everything and to make sure my vision for our wedding was realized. Cathleen was exactly what we needed. She was an invaluable part of our wedding and I highly recommend her. Everything was above and beyond, and I was able to feel relaxed all day. Throughout the day she fixed a few minor hitches and kept all of the vendors on our schedule. Then, when we walked into our reception it was exactly as I had imagined. Beautiful!
